Visited this location for the first time on 6/5/25 between 3:40-3:55pm. The #1 issue with the company as a whole is how much of a ripoff it is compared to 15 years ago… not 1 footlong below $10 anymore. Even seeing 1 priced at almost $15…. folks used to be able to get 3 for that price. The company wonders why its going downhill with more stores closing vs. opening & the rate of franchisee’s is declining. It’s not like the quality of the food, the amount or efficiency of the workers, or the overall store experience has changed over the decades to justify the price increases. You look at the changes the company has made to cut corners & be stingier on consumers such as reducing the selection of breads & toppings, while at the same time wasting both time & money painting different color schemes every few years, changing signage or other decorations… things that are superficial and have no actual attribution to what you sell.. only an excuse to keep jacking up costs, with unnecessary frivolous spending. Ended up just getting a 6″ Chicken Teriyaki that was a ridiculous $8 + $2.50 “regular” 20oz soda (could of just walked the 3 blocks to nearby Casey’s and gotten their 22oz medium for .95 cents). No wonder I only eat at this chain once per year nowadays….

We go here all the time, and every time I get the philly cheesesteak foot long, Mayo on both sides of the bread before toasted. Employees always make it with a smile on their faces, make me feel welcomed, and want to come back for more.

I’d love to give this place more stars, I gave a glowing review to their online survey once, but this last time, not so much. The app doesn’t work, pretty regularly, but the time before last, they let me do the online deal anyway. This time, he acknowledged that the app want working, but did not allow me to use the same promo. Disappointing,. Fix the app, or give same promos in store.
