I went to Jersey Mike’s on October 11, 2025 around 10:30 am and was greeted by three employees! This was exciting to see so many smiling and energetic faces so early! The store was clean and smelled like fresh bread and cookies. The incidents were all filled so nicely and they all looked super fresh! The young man there I believe his name was Nathan, the tall one, took great care of my food and made sure that my sub looked amazing, and it did. Not only did it look amazing it tasted amazing too! Jersey Mike’s has never lost that amazing taste after so many years. I will definitely be back because of that young man!

It was kinda busy in there. Was able to stand in line and order my food pretty quickly. Nothing out of the ordinary. No one was overly pleasant or mean. Just normal. Food came out at a decent time frame so no complaints there. Ordered the chicken Philly. Should have added hot peppers or jalapenos but it was decent still. I’ll be back try try other sammiches.

Absolutely incredible! Meat sliced fresh and all toppings are fresh. Quality of ingredients is top notch! I will definitely be back! So far I have tried the club, Philly cheese steak, and the Original Italian which is my favorite so far.

We don’t understand all the bad reviews for this location. We’ve been here many times, both the sandwiches and the service are awesome. The employees are so friendly and patient with our orders and the sammies are made to perfection.

I used to go to the jersey Mike’s near wolf chase. But that started getting some really unfriendly people hired. So I started going to the one in Bartlett. My order is always the same chicken bacon ranch WRAP not sandwich. The first few times I went where great got my order right every time. However the last three times I have been I’ve ordered a wrap and gotten a sandwich. The staff is always friendly but truthfully I think maybe someone needs to learn how to read. The order taker always writes down wrap but have gotten a sandwich. I hate having to check my order, but I guess because of the incompetence of the cook, I will have to check my order every single time I go there now.

I usually go here in person, but ordered delivery for the FIRST time through Uber, and no complaints about the delivery……but, really Jersey Mikes??………….ordered two subs the same way and received one with only lettuce and the other with everything but lettuce….are your employees under the influence or something? Food is too damn high to NOT get what I paid for!!!! As a Philly native, you gotta do better. Food is good, but I’ll stick to in person orders so I can watch and make sure it’s done right………..but I shouldn’t need to!

I have been a loyal customer of Lenny’s Subs for over twenty years and recently decided to try the New Jersey Mikes Sub location at 5985 Stage Road. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
On 7/6/2024, I placed an online order for an Italian and a Famous Philly sandwich, expecting this to be a faster option. Upon arriving at the store, I noticed only one other customer waiting for their sandwich, while there were five employees working behind the counter. Despite this, I stood at the counter for an extended period without being acknowledged. It seemed as though I was being ignored, which was quite disappointing.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of Jersey Mikes. As a result, I’m not sure if I will be returning to Mike’s for my future sub purchases.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the service issues at this location to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Terrible experience. I will not be returning to this location. When I approached the counter, I was the customer in the store, I was told to hush and wait a minute so one lady had an opportunity to bad mouth other employees, I still haven’t spoken yet. When I was addressed she wouldn’t stop pointing at me, still unsure why. She continued to talk about other employees while making my order. I paid with cash. I had to tell her to give me correct charge. As I was filling my drink she had things to say about me being too proper for her. I would not have made this public, but she offered no receipt to give feedback directly. I hope this makes its way up the chain.

I truly wish there was an option for less stars. I have been to this location numerous times and ordered food for staff members at our church often. I placed an online order like I always do before I went to the location. I waited patiently even after my app notified me that it was ready. I watched the workers do multiple online orders after mine and take orders in person. I waited until the line cleared and walked up to the only male working and he asked me what I needed and I told him that I had a mobile order for Olivia. He informed me “I am working on it.” I asked him if I could go ahead and fix my drinks and he told me no. So I sat down and waited patiently. Another 15 minutes went by and after multiple in person orders were taken and finished, the lady at the check out asked me if I had been helped. I told her that the man said he was working on my online order. He immediately got an attitude and started practically yelling at me. They had not even begun my order. I told them to not worry about it that I would not be returning. It truly is so sad that one employee that I seriously felt had something against me, can ruin an experience at a location that has been nothing but great. His attitude, demeanor, and raising his voice at a customer that waited patiently for over 30 minutes caused someone who spends a lot of money there to take my business elsewhere.
