If I could give a zero I WOULD! I purchased the chicken dinner. The grease was olddddd and it gave a bitter taste to the chicken. THE Biscuit was mangled. The mash potato and green beans where good. I went up and quietly told the manager there. She looked and said we know we are trying to change that now! I said so that should have been done the night before ore before you opened! She didn’t try to offer another meal in place of that one nor anything else. She said thank you for letting me know and she walked outside! If I ever go through Clarksdale never will I set foot in this JACKS AGAIN! For what I paid it wasn’t worth it.

I eat here almost every morning…I grab some cheese grits and bacon for breakfast and it’s good…there used to be this one girl there always happy and bubbly but I haven’t seen her in a while. Hope all is well but when she left my order started being shaky. Like once I made it to work and my grits didn’t have cheese and another time the were very runny.

This is one of the WORST “Jacks” I’ve ever been to, except for the New crew member that took my order she was Amazing, n nice, but the dinning room was dirty with trash on the floor, and tables! Look at the pic of the self service bar where people have ripped all the napkin out, and got something wet all over them from lord knows what?
Slow service, Poor Management, they were out of Racch, and when I asked the manager if they could make some ranch, she looked at me like “Who are You asking me for anything” and didn’t even respond to me, or say a word! Wow
An elderly lady dinning in brought her chicken plate back n ask for Fresh Chicken because Her’s was so old n hard she couldn’t eat it, and the Manager n the dark shirt with her back to me n the photo, told the crew member to tell the old lady “it’s gonna take 15 or 30 mins to cook more and it probably wasn’t gonna be any better”!
Then another customer tried to order chicken and they were told they out of chicken sorry then gonna have to cook some more, then the manager came up n told the worker “Don’t ever tell anybody we out of anything, I DONT CARE if they gotta wait 30 mins for anything, don’t tell them we outa nothing”!
You can also see in a pic they parking customers in the drive thru because they don’t have food cooked, and NOT telling them they out of nothing, or how long it will take to cook it? (This is Unacceptable!)
In closing I WILL NOT come back to this location, and you shouldn’t either if your in a hurry, or wanting Good Food?
Look close at the pic with the 1 customer at the counter, under the heat lamps NO CHICKEN COOKED, and the Manager is doing NOTHING ABOUT IT!

We received exceptional customer service on today, the food was fresh and hot, the customer service was phenomenal all the way to making our order to receiving it. They got a good one on the team now (Monica) i really hope she stays because it’s been a minute since I’ve received this kind of impeccable service.

Update: Still not better! You have to pull up & wait almost every time using the drive through. Usually there’s 2 or more cars already pulled up. Ordered a “plain” double burger meal & they just scraped off the toppings & put in my bag. It still had mustard & onion on it… Had to wait again on another.
Jack’s, I’m not impressed at all. Been here more than three times. Burger is mediocre, so do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s next door! Definitely get your tenders somewhere other than Jacks, they are pathetic… Place looks cool, but the biscuits are the only thing worth your $.

These folks never have food ready. They make you stop before you get to the window so it looks like they met their times, but they take forever.
Terrible management and organization skills. Someone must not want to plan ahead.

It was horrible I came there Saturday to have breakfast and one of the girls rung my order up wrong so I wanted a refund I ask to speak with a manager and they stated the manager gone to olive branch and nobody there was certified for manager this is very unprofessional and need to get better the ladies tried to help me the best they could
