You gotta watch these bartenders. First tike here and already had a bad experience. 2 females bartenders with a male. I didnt get the name of the one that tried to rip me off but use tried shorting me 20 on my change. She knew what she was doing because it wasnt till I pointed to my change did she say “oh, shot. Did I not give you an additional 20?” Like, how’d she know the exact amount she short changed me if she didnt plan to do it? One looks trans and The Other wasnt trans with a couple necklaces if yall know whom it is im referring. Both blonds, maybe. Idk. I know how to count tho. So did she.

I recently visited The Library Bar/ Cocktail in Bourbonnais and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their drinks. They have a really good selection, and the cocktails were pretty tasty. Additionally, the ambiance was enhanced by a lovely Christmas tree, which added a festive touch to the atmosphere. It’s a great spot to enjoy a well-made drink in a cozy setting. The place seems like a younger crowd considering there’s Olivet University right across the way, other than that Great place! Check em out!

The bartenders, though, are scattered and inefficient. They are walking the full length of the bar to get one item, they talk to each other as much as they make drinks, and the wait is terrible for a drink.
We ordered drinks three times from three different people and then one came back to ask what was it we ordered.
Wasted steps, wasted time, inattentive. All on a packed Saturday night when you need your A-Team.
Train your people.
