Was at Rend lake. Ordered a 14″ 3 topping for.. $12. With debit. Immediately left to pick it up. No problems or complaints at all. No exaggeration, the pizza was perfect. The best pizza i can remember ever having. Temperature, flavor, consistency, perfectly cooked, everything. Awesome (garlic crust, chicken, onion, green pepper toppings)

The website never works properly and they charge you double or triple to take an over the phone order. When you call to explain that online ordering is not giving the correct pricing they won’t correct it. The food is good IF they don’t screw up your order or the price. Benton Domino’s sucks. Order from some other store.

We spent around $69 for four pizzas and three cheesy breads. We ordered pizza on one order and cheesy bread on another order as they were going separate places. We ordered extra cheese on two of the pizzas and neither of our pizzas had extra cheese. (They charge extra for extra cheese so we did not get what we paid for). It looked like this location isn’t using portion cups and is instead eyeballing what they think is the right amount of cheese/toppings or they have been told to be skimpy because it gains more money for the restaurant by using less product. Our pizzas had so little cheese on them that they turned brown from the cheese on top burning and you could see the sauce coming through the cheese that was so thin it was nearly translucent. One of the pizza’s that was supposed to have extra sauce had light sauce and was overly dry on top of missing the extra cheese. Our cheesy breads were also very skimpy on cheese and really dark on the top where the small amount of cheese burnt. One of our cheesy breads was supposed to be spinach and feta and we got a cheesy bread with one single leaf of spinach on top and no spinach inside. This is very disappointing to spend this amount of money on food that was meant to be eaten for a few days so that we could take a break from cooking. This was supposed to be several meals worth of food and we couldn’t even get through one. We did not call and complain as it probably wouldn’t have done any good. We will not return to this location.

I live on the same Highway as this Domino’s. They had delivered to me since 2017. I’m suddenly told I am not allowed to get delivery anymore. I will drive all the way to PaPa John’s before I spend another penny here. Guy on the phone was very rude and wasn’t able to pull up previous delivery history to verify. I’ll DoorDash before I order from here. My last order was only because we had a gift card.

My son and I ordered the pasta primavera and the chicken Alfredo tonight and the pastas had NO ALFREDO SAUCE. I HAD DRY NOODLES WITH SOME VEGETABLES IN A DISH. I call the store and speak to a lady and she said yes there is sauce in them because I boxed them up myself. I will never order from them again. Instead of her saying she would replace the items because I did lose my cool she said nope and she would refund my money. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD AND IVE BEEN IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS SINCE I WAS 16 so 20 years of my life and regardless if you personally made the item yourself it is your job to satisfy your customers. Sad thing is this isn’t the first time they done this but it will be their last with me. I definitely threw it in the dumpster where it belonged.

First, I called the Benton store and was on hold for over 35 minutes. As I was in my car(hands free), I drove up there. When I walked in, I could she the girl gathering clean containers to the front. She was the only one there, but a delivery driver walked in, got a message about marinara and extra tip and walked out again. I tried to order the $6.99 deal with a LG half cheese, half pepperoni, and a cheese bread with marinara. She said it did not come up on her computer. I brought it up on my phone to prove it said I could order it as a walk in. She charged me full price and did not apologize for the hold or the price.

Pizza was very dry and we ordered extra cheese on it , toppings very scarce on what we asked for . The Philly steak sandwiches hardly any meat , and very dry . Not good at all ! I couldn’t eat the sandwich it was so overly done ! You pay for the extras , at least make it the way the customer asks .

I ordered a medium Memphis bbq pizza with some extra toppings and a New York style cut with garlic knots with a side of regular marinara. The first pizza wasnt cut right and didn’t have the right toppings so they remade it and didn’t even make it a bbq pizza like it was supposed to be. They messed up my pizza twice and gave and charged me for cheesy marinara dish I didn’t ask for. On top of the food mishaps their restaurant was really dirty and had food on the bench out by the window.

We stopped by this Dominoes on our way home. I’m glad we did! We ordered a veggie pizza and an extra cheese pizza. They were both cooked very well! The crust was fantastic even if they forgot to use the roller on the dough to prevent bubbles. It tasted great! Looked great, smelled great and tasted fantastic! I was too hungry and it tasted too good to remember pictures.
