We usually order from here and unfortunately this time our food came a bit late and the chips had to be delivered separately which arrived 20 minutes later. This was our first bad experience as all the order prior to this have been perfect in every way.
Update on experience:
Last few months the food has been great. Today we decided to order from here for lunch. Our drink had spilled all over the place when we received it. My bag was soaked and even soaked some of my sandwhich. We had no ice in our drinks which made the drinks warm (sweet tea). The sandwiches were pretty light on on ingredients, such as having only 1 thin slice of meat on each half of the sandwich. Considering the sandwhich alone is $6 I think they could have done better.

We’ve had great experiences with the staff here. My husband is immunocompromised from his fight with cancer. They always bring his sandwich out curbside and wait patiently as we put our mask on. Some fast food places get annoyed with us but their team members are always very kind to us about it.

Was super excited to come here as the one I go to at home closed due to staffing issues. Needless to say was not the best experience. Ordered food and the cashier automatically just added the pickles I ordered as the sides to the meals then couldn’t get that I wanted chips and the pickles as extra. Food tasted ok but for the price I should have gotten more lunch meat in my sandwich. One slice of two meats is skimpy at best.

Always quick. It can get a little clustered when there’s a line, but the line moves fairly quick. 1 suggestion, look into getting a different ice machine. Shaved ice melts way too fast. Other then that I have no complaints!

Update: In a completely tone deaf response, the “owner” who replied to my review asked me to send feedback, which I clearly state in my review that I already did. This is proof that they don’t even read the review, they just reply with a blanket statement if the score is low. Jimmy Johns is a very bad company it is!

I recently received a sandwich that had metallic residue on the bread. I called the store to report it, thinking s that maybe someone’s nail polish had rubbed off on the bread. The store manager told me this is in fact coating from their very old pans that is coming off onto their bread. They also told me that this is so common that they have to inspect every loaf they bake for this residue and that while they try to catch them all, some do get missed. The store said that the owners just need to replace the very old pans, but refuse to do so. I have tried contacting the owners myself, but they refuse to return my phone calls. I also filed a JJ corporate complaint which they never responded to. I’ve quickly come to realized that Jimmy Johns is not a great company and they genuinely do not care about your health as long as they are raking in profits. Well hear this JJ, my next stop is the health department!
TLDR: Don’t eat here unless you want to ingest unknown metallic pan coating, which is surely not good for you!

Placed an order online. Once received, i was missing a sandwich. After calling to get the order fixed, the manager informed me she can’t verify how many sandwiches i ordered, from 15 mins prior because they are closed. I was polite and the attitude was not needed. Not the first time at this location.

Didn’t eat in there. Jimmy John’s bread taste like straight cardboard to me. Jersey Mike’s is where it’s at. Just needed to use the restroom. IT WAS IMMACULATE. The cleanest restaurant restroom I’ve been in, in a while. I was scared to use it, but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The employees were personable too!

First time in the store never had Jimmy John’s before, I asked if I could have the bun toasted before the meat she told me they don’t do that. I wanted a cold sub on toasted bread. I will not be back. I will continue to go to Subway where they listen to the customer
