Goffstown location: this place usually has good service and fresh food. This evening I got a mcdouble meal. When I got home, I went to take a bite of the burger and noticed something unusual, slightly hanging off the meat. Further examination of this foreign object looks like parchment paper that separates the frozen burger, I think. It was slightly cooked into the meat. If I had swallowed the parchment, that’s almost a guaranteed bowel blockage as it can’t be dissolved. How can the person preparing this not notice? See the pic. I am so frustrated at the low quality of service and decline lately and overall poor management who is supposed to make sure the customers are happy and will return. Disgusting!!! I hope amele and ameen see this post. ( If they are still the owners).

I am beyond disturbed by what my mother experienced at this McDonald’s. She was treated with shocking disrespect and blatant racism while picking up an order she had already paid for.
At the drive-thru, my mother reminded staff of her order modification (no salt). Instead of correcting the mistake, the manager, Stephanie Drusendahl, refused to fix the order and refused to provide a refund despite missing items. The situation escalated when Stephanie Drusendahl, responded with profanity and racist language, including racial slurs. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, while this situation was unfolding, a driver behind her became aggressive, got out of their car, and began banging on my mother’s window — creating an intimidating and frightening scene in front of my young nieces. The situation escalated to the point where my mother had to call the police.
No customer should ever be subjected to this level of hostility, discrimination, and unprofessional conduct. This was not just poor service — it was deeply troubling behavior.
I strongly urge others to stay away from this location.

Extremely disturbing experience involving my mother at this McDonald’s location.
They did not provide the food that was paid for and would not honor a refund, instead the manager, Stephanie escalated the situation by yelling racial slurs.
While in the drive thru, another customer exited his vehicle and began banging aggressively on the car while young children were inside. At no point did management attempt to de-escalate the situation, ensure customer safety, or correct the order.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this location.

Go here for breakfast often. The employee gave me a coffee and actually said…. The cup is damaged so be careful with it!” I asked for a new cup and he said he can’t waste a cup…. And of course just trying to pick it up caused the lid to pop off the whole coffee wasted. Then I also noticed the monopoly piece was removed prior to me getting it so now….. did I seriously just get a used cup of coffee. Until today I was a pretty regular customer hope saving your Pennie’s on a cup was well worth loosing that

December 30th,7pm: so I went to this McDonald’s to get food thru the drive thru. After paying and going to the second window,I noticed the guy working the window had a dental floss pic in his mouth. Not only was it in his mouth also in his hand while handling my food. Even stuck his nasty hands which had touched his mouth into my bag of food. I reported it this morning on the 31st. Beware of the way they handle food here. The guy didn’t even try to hide it and had no shame….upvote this so the management sees it.

We went thru the drive thru at 9pm this evening. Ordered a big mac with a little extra sauce and I couldn’t eat it because there is 3 times more sauce than burger. All of the burgers are burnt to a point that they aren’t edible. I as a manager would be absolutely ashamed to serve food like this.

I placed a simple to go order on the kiosk, for my wife and I.
One simple change, NO CHEESE on a big Mac.
Apparently the cooks can’t read, because as I pull out of the parking lot, my wife say they put cheese on her burger. So I turn around and go back. My wife goes inside and shows the server the slip on the box as she hands her the burger. The server just yell to the back to remake thre burger. No Apologies, no comment. When it came out she handed the bag to my wife, said nothing and turned away.
In reading other reviews on this restaurant, there seems to some serious employee problems. This could have caused a medical problem for my wife.

This place never gets an order right, and it takes forever. For example, here’s something easy. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with a hash brown . I was told to pull up to spot 2 and wait because the hash browns are not ready. I said no problem and I waited . 10 min goes by. I get my food drive down the road, reach in bag, no hash brown . I only ordered 2 things and was missing the item I was told to wait on.
