I am a regular at this Taco Bell (Tecumseh) and I am very disappointed to say I was displeased with my meal tonight. I spent 30 bucks on a quick bite after work, and my meal consisted of the grilled cheese burrito (steak, beef, or chicken, rice, sour cream, and chipotle sauce). I ordered mine with light sauce, no rice, and no sour cream. When I got home, it was freezing cold, so I immediately checked for rice because I figured it was a premade, old burrito. To my surprise, there was no rice, just a huge glob of sour cream waiting in the center for me, as well as a handful of lettuce.. on my burrito that doesn’t come with lettuce unless specially requested. I’d like to say tonight was my worst experience at this Taco Bell, but I can’t. This happens just about every time I go passed 10, and I get it. You’re exhausted, it’s late, but you chose that shift. You chose to be there, and you’re getting paid to be there. Stop slacking, it doesn’t take a genius to make a taco.

People are nice, but I guess when customers order “extra cheese” or “extra meat” it means to give them LESS THAN if they just got the regular amount. Extra cheese was supposed to be on both of these, and I only got (quite literally) a PINCH. There’s typically a lot more on here if I ordered the regular amount. You’d think that since we’re paying extra money for extra, they’d give you extra. Ridiculous. It seems like this Taco Bell is the only one that does that. Because all the others I’ve been to give extra when asked.

They flat out don’t care. Poor quality food that’s just thrown together. Taco shells soggy. Tortillas always have a stale feel to them. Food is never hot, just luke warm at best. Won’t give you any sauce unless you ask for it. Extra chicken quesadilla never has extra chicken. They always leave off the jalepeno sauce. As expensive as Taco Bell is now, you’d figure you’d get a little better quality food. Attitude of the drive through staff is always terrible. And the last two times I’ve gotten a quesadilla, barely any chicken or cheese. Mostly tortilla. I haven’t had a good experience here since when they first opened. The cooks were great. One came up amd took my order instead of the manager or anyone else. They were professional and gave me a decent chuckle. The food was what I expected. Perhaps a little fresher since I got along with them. I will not be coming back. There is woman named savanh or sl,thing like that. I watched her verbally abuse her employees and she exceptionally mean to customers in the drive through. I will not contribute to that kind of staff manager.

My boys are vegetarians I took then there 3 different times, 1st time the bean burritos had meat in it 2nd time they stopped serving potato tacos, third time’s a charm they did not have any more beans. And the manager was rude about it. Who runs out of beans at a taco shop? Especially a franchise

Every time I go to Taco Bell after midnight my order is almost never correct. I don’t usually check my bag at the window but the Tecumseh location is gonna make it to where I have to Everytime for sure. I try and call to get it sorted out but my call isn’t answered. I love taco bell but it’s kinda ridiculous. This is the 4th time in this last month. I’d like it to be corrected!7
