I have visited a few times to this particular one. Each time the service has been excellent and made to feel at home. Staff always ask if you would like something else just before finishing a drink.
Atmosphere is good with decent music on which is at a good volume but not overly loud.
I havent ate there yet but food smells and looks very good.

My only problem here is that they weren’t actually playing any “hard rock.” While they had a Bon Jovi guitar on the wall, I could only count on one hand any legitimate ’80s songs I heard while there. The food was excellent, though! I had a BBQ Bacon Burger. The customer service was top-notch. Our waitress was quite impressive, as she remembered our orders without writing anything down! She was awesome! Would definitely eat there again.

The interior of the place is outstanding!
We’ve been to more than a dozen Hard Rocks in Europe, but this one is really special!
And, as usual, great food, efficient service, mega friendly staff.

Burgers are excellent, following the great standards HRC is setting.
Service and Ambiente strongly depend
I was seated upstairs where the ambience is totally boring, downstairs it is more the typical HRC feeling. But I had no influence at all although there was enough space.
Service again totally depends. The lady who took care of me was wonderful. Opposite the “seating Service”, not interested in the client, just in seating me away.

We were there with kids and the staff were very friendly. We loved our food, drinks and a shop 😉
There’s a lot of memorabilia to look at, really a walk in a museum.
The atmosphere is amazing and decor is out of this world. The crystal guitar is just a masterpiece.
The place is huge, you don’t feel cramped.
We didn’t sit at a bar but it looked awesome.

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe Prague for the first time today and had a wonderful evening. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent, just as we have experienced in other Hard Rock Cafés around the world.
We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it! ✨

We sat outside which was a lovely space in a courtyard style area. Lovely service from the staff who were very attentive.
The inside featured the usual artifacts of multiple artists which was a great walk around. Inside and the toilets were extremely clean and tidy which is just a bonus.

A fascinating hard rock bar. Their collection is great, the staff are very sweet and helpful (and their English is excellent), and the food is quick and delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Not our first time at the “Hard Rock Cafe” restaurants, but we were not 100% satisfied. The service and atmosphere are excellent, as mentioned, but the quality of the food is not at its best. I ate here 7 years ago and I don’t think there has been any change in the quality of the food, and despite this we decided to give the restaurant another try. We didn’t leave the restaurant hungry, but we didn’t enjoy our dishes either. The chicken in the dish I ordered was dry and the pasta was a little spicy. The baby ribs my husband ordered were dry as well. The drinks were excellent
