Looks deceptively dumpy but tastes great. Ordered two, 2 piece meals and upgraded the side on one of them to get okra. Absolutely delicious! Chicken was a little underseasoned but no complaints. The biscuit alone was worth the detour off of 70. The staff was friendly but not like Southern friendly. They dropped the pies fresh and it was worth the wait! We will try to be back. I was a little confused by the sign in the bathroom but I just assumed they meant paper towels and not actually toilet paper

So disappointed. I was craving some good chicken strips. I got these puny, odd tasting, weird texture like gristle or something.
Like I don’t understand how they are so light but yet there’s dark spots on them and they seem like they should have been cooked longer.
The fries and okra were decent. Could have used some salt. The guy was really nice but that doesn’t make up for the chicken I was craving. I should have just grabbed some from the grocery store. The fried chicken options in this town sucks.

The price is steep. higher than the quality of the food is worth. I was going to eat in but the inside is so small and two ppl were already sitting at the two tables they have available. Food came to me luke warm and Greasy and I burned a hole in my pocket.

One of the reasons I don’t go to Church’s is due to service. Today, my nephew wanted Church’s. He just recently lost his mom. We went thru drive thru, and I think the design is backward. The lady that took and served our meal was on her cell from the time we drove up until we drove off. She didn’t even stop talking to hand us our order. So, Church’s is off my dinner list for good now. I will teach my nephew how much better KFC is.

Ordered on line with their app. The order was ready when we arrived and had no issues. Simple and fast. The chicken was tasty and the biscuits were fabulous! The inside was well lit and pretty clean for a fried chicken establishment. Will definitely return.

I was feeling for some of that Smoke Bourbon Chicken and decided to hit up Church’s Chicken. I should of listen to my instincts and gone to the 29th street location. Never have I ever ate chicken before with feathers still on the bird. SMH.
