Young girl was nice nasty because I had requested that my sandwich be cut in quarters and wrapped in halves and they did not do that.so, I brought the sandwich back inside, which upset her. She squeezed most of my sandwich out on the counter. These young people just don’t care.

As soon as I walked in the door, the employees were huddled talking to each other. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. I stood at the counter before the young man came to take my order. He never said anything just stared at me. I said what type of sub I wanted, I received a head nod. I paid with cash the employee was too busy eating cookies to properly hand me my change. I guess he didn’t want to actually do his job, while at work. The service at this location has progressively been getting worse. I tried to give the employees a pass cause their teenagers/ young adults. But that was me once and I provided the type of customer service experience that I would want in return. This location really needs to fine tune the customer experience.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I stopped at this place. I ordered a 12” flatbread sub, what I got was this hot mess. I didn’t ask for a wrap with barely any meat or fixings. This location need to do better or retrain the entire staff.
$12 for this is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

I ordered thru the spp 4 sandwiches. When i arrived they werent resdy and they didn’t have chicken or mestbslls.Tbey began making the sandwich when i asked for them. I sat down to wait because there was a line snd when i got home they didnt have any of the things i asked for (mayo,mustard,banana peppers, tomatoes). I had to add my ingredientes from home. Also they put ranch dressing which i had mot ordered. Awful service.

I live around the area, when me & my wife crave subway we end up here. Granted it’s the end of the day, they only have one worker! i want to give a special shoutout to the Jordan! He was making it happen holding, down the fort! Great work ethic & professionalism from throughout my experience. He honestly deserves a better job.

I Ordered Online & Came In To Pick It Up & Was Told The Bread I Wanted Was Still Cooking & Wouldn’t Be Ready For Another Hour & A Half. When I Asked For A Refund It Took Me Talking To Two Associates To Even Get Someone To Call A Manager. THEN My Refund Will Take 3 Business Days. Ridiculous

I just left the subway. The service was mediocre nothing really special. I got home and was ready to eat my sandwich when I noticed a very tiny black bug with long tentacles smashed into the bread. I called the store to let them know. Mind you, I wasn’t asking for a refund but rather for them to check the bread so no one else will have this experience and the young human on the phone tried to convince me that it was “the cheese.” Uhm….no ma’am white American cheese definitely is not a black bug. She did not apologize or even try to rectify the situation in any capacity. She just stated uhm okay….we’ve gotta do better!

Ordered my food without any issues except that there weee no green peppers. The time is 10:54am, first I went to wash my hands, the drinking water fountains were dirty. As I sit down facing the exit, the beautiful morning sun shines through the double door and sadly exposes the dirty nasty windows, doors, floors and tables…..even the glass panels protecting the food have water drip lines from the dirty wipes used to clean it.

Workers act like they slow and can’t help . They let me place an order for a sandwich with stuff they knew they didn’t have so they just replaced it with whatever and gave me my sandwich . And when I came back they wasn’t doing anything to try to accommodate me at all which is very rude . Sandwich was made very nasty and sloppy . How do you not have mayo and lettuce at a subway . And didn’t think to inform me at all .
