The burgers here are AMAZING. I accidentally took a slight bite before taking my picture. The milkshakes are also a good goto as well. They also have vegetarian options as well.

First time customers and we were pleasantly pleased with the food and the clean, modern atmosphere. Kiosk ordering and fast food style. In person counter ordering if you want to bypass the pads. Food is brought to your table. It looked and tasted very good. To keep it simple we both ordered shackburgers with some added items, like shack sauce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles, an order of crinkle fries, and one black & white milkshake that we shared. We both agreed our burgers were good, the fries crisp, and the shake filling. We enjoyed our simple lunch at a reasonable cost. We’ll no doubt come again.

I went to Shake Shack when they opened at 11 am on July 27th, 2024 because let’s face it there is supposedly a vast amount of good experiences here at the “Shack”. Upon arriving at 11 promptly, they unlocked the doors and greeted us warmly. I proceeded to order using their kiosks and was taken aback by the prices seemed a little high. Again though perhaps the hype would make it worth it so I went on and ordered a Shackburger with added onion and peppers. Added an order of fries (plain on this occasion) and of course a cookies and cream shake with whipped cream. The total bill was $21.19 for my inner fat kid and outer fat kid to enjoy. The food took only 7 minutes to get to my hand after I paid, so with my order going in at 11:03 am, it took a mere 4 minutes to get my hot cooked/made food. Overall I think that the food was good, but it was not mind-blowing. The fries were perfectly salted and nicely hot. The shake was indeed the best part of the “Shack” which was creamy with an amazing cookie/ice-cream type flavor. I would try the restaurant again and perhaps my rating might change. I think personally due to the availability of great options it is taking more to get that extra star. It is a good time to enjoy food and new places to dine!

Decadent burgers, solid fries, totally satisfying. Not that I would come here all the time but if you’re jonesing for a good burger, this is the place.

I love shake shack BUT the prices are outrageous. This particular location forces you to input your own order at a kiosk inside (2 of 4 were broken) & continues to ask for a tip while there is little to no human interaction throughout the entire process.
Update: all the kiosk now work!
Everything is ordered ala carte, would recommend the burgers, fries, and shakes..but the hotdogs / nuggets etc are very average & overpriced. The inside is clean, and well lit. For 2 adult meals & 1 kid meal spent around $40

This place was awesome when it first opened. Since it opened it has had an issue with its drink service. Their coke machine is always out of service. Plus when you get your drink you have to figure out which drink is yours and the server doesn’t even know which drink is yours. Their French fries are now tasing a little cardboardy.

Overpriced and not that good.
First time in my life I’ve ever had bacon that tastes like nothing. Burger was ok, but not nearly as good as Five Guys. Fries were trash. Shake was awesome. Inside looked cool. It was self service except for the lady throwing our tray in our table.

My wife and I were driving by and saw the sign and thought why not, let’s get a milkshake. So we went to the counter and ordered a couple of milkshakes. We noticed a lot of other people sitting around waiting for their food. Well we didn’t order any food so we figured we would get our milkshakes pretty quickly. 22 minutes later our milkshakes were brought out to us. That’s not acceptable. Someone should be manning the milkshake machine full-time. That should be their only job, making milkshakes. The food looked and smelled amazing, I’m just not sure if I can handle the wait for a “fast food” restaurant.

Food was made quickly but incorrectly. The portion sizes you get for what you pay isnt worth it. The $5 and some change shakes are literally the size of kid cups. The $4 and some change a very small basket of fries. Burgers/BLTs were $6-$7 and very small as well. I would recommend going to 5 guys. More food for your money and tastes better too

This location has a very friendly staff and quick turn around time from when you turn in your order to when you get your food. That is because the patties are squished and very bland and very thin. The fries are good. The milkshakes are ok, but nothing to shout about. We found a ton of large ice crystals in ours. For what you get the food is quite overpriced. An order for two single burgers, two orders of fries, and two milkshakes will run you $55. You would think that a restaurant named SHAKE SHACK would have amazing milkshakes made from superb ice cream. Sadly, this is not the case.
