I’m not a local, but I visited this place on November 12 around 6-7PM. A guy with smile served me, and he was very nice. His service was quick, and he made a neat and clean sandwich. He truly deserves respect for his great work.

Servers go & come too often , must be horrible to work there. When fixing sandwich they barely give the portion u suppose to get . but it’s over priced. I’m tall so I can see over that counter , don’t put half of what u tell them on it. Especially the meat. U have to watch em close , but then they mad if u called out on it Will never go back to this location. Service bad !!! lest they could do is give u your money worth

I can honestly say each time I go in this location the store manager is always so pleasant! This woman needs a raise ASAP! I mean in dollars not cents! There’s subway on 69s which is much closer to my home. I never go in the 69s location anymore because it’s just to much trouble and a headache. This is not a problem at the Greensboro location and I pay close to 20.00 for one sub each visit. If the owner reads these reviews be very thankful you have her as an employee! My sister would love her as her employee in the restaurant business!

I had a great visit today for lunch. All the employees like their job and you can tell. It shows in the culture! Props to management for keeping his people happy. Plus the girl who made my sandwich, it was fire!!!

My friend and I stopped in for a sandwich before my appointment with the eye doctor. We both ordered a six inch sub with chips and a drink. The sandwiches were fixed quickly and we were given a cup for our drinks. We sat down after grabbing a bag of chips. The food was fine. It was the atmosphere that was troublesome. It was basically the break room for the Walmart employees. Four separate tables were occupied with Walmart employees as we ate. They were on their cell phones the whole time. They weren’t there for a break to eat or drink. I felt that Subway was being taken advantage of. If they had two or three more customers, there wouldn’t have been anywhere for them to sit. We finished our sandwiches quickly and left.

Owner/Manager is very rude and disrespectful. He refused to take my coupon when Subway was running their special for $5. He stated that his barcode scanner was not working even though the coupon clearly stated that it did not needed to be scanned. The staff working are usually friendly however they skimp you on your toppings. You get more bread than toppings on your sandwich and if you dare to ask for anything extra, their manager will say no. The parking lot is very bad and has big potholes and you cant see the parking lines so people park however they feel like it. They are also pretty slow. If I were you, I would take a few extra minutes and go to a different location. I even contacted corporate so hopefully the owner/manager will be held accountable.
