Chef Lexi absolutely nails it. This pizza is incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and just hits right from the first bite. You can tell real care goes into every detail. If you’re a pizza lover, this is the kind of pizza you think about after you leave. Highly recommend.

Today I went to what I call one off my favorite franchises, it said that I keep going back this location. It’s a hit and miss with the customer service and today I can now add the pizza. I get the same thing every time I go and I know about how long it should take to get a hot master piece I created. I voice my concerns about my pizza just being warm and not hot and the young lady said ohhhh. I took my pizza and decided I’ll never go back to this location. I tip to so that’s what makes it so sad. I’ll just pop it in my oven, but that’s beside the point.

Definitely become much more expensive than before. The person making pizza had such an attitude even when we are paying for unlimited toppings and certainly not happy to add the toppings. This Elliott Rd location doesn’t offer plates to eat in the store (they say an hour before closing) and we are here at 8.45pm and they close at 10pm. So eating out of boxes.. surely disgruntled employees with no smile or sense of customer service. Surely the last time here.

I like Mod Pizza in general and this location is great. I submitted an order online and picked it up. The order was ready when I got there ans still warm when I ate it.
They have two of my all time favorite pizza toppings which are near impossible to find elsewhere: Roasted Garlic and Roasted. I highly recommend both them as well as the trying different sauce toppings.

The food tastes good, and they have a gluten free crust… but I will not be going back to this location ever again. My family and I placed online orders to save time. When I went to go pick it up, I went to the online pickup counter. The guy turning pizzas asked if I had an online order, and I said “yes, three, actually.” He turned back around and kept turning pizzas. He did not ask what the names were, what the orders were, nothing. I stood there expecting a follow up question or maybe a statement, like “it’s almost ready” but nope, I read I stood and listened to the 4 employees discuss shifts and plans for time off for the next 5 minutes with no further acknowledgement. Mind you this is after the time our order should have been ready as well. Finally I said, “so you asked if we had an order but then you turned around and kept doing your own thing? Our orders were for X, X, and X. Are they ready or no?” Then he said it’ll be few more minutes. It would have been nice if he mentioned that when we got there so we could take a seat and wait instead of just standing there like bumps on a log.
You would think that was the end of it, but when we got home, found out that my bro-in-law had a chicken caesar salad without chicken on it, and my pizza was also missing an ingredient I had asked for. We were so mad we decided to not call because we had no desire to go back and deal with that kind of service.
Tl;dr: Mod Pizza is good, but stay away from this location.

We have frequented this particular MOD many times. The food is always good- which keeps us coming back. I love that they have so many options and toppings. Makes it easy for each family member to get what they want.

This place is like other Chipotle style build-your-own pizza concepts but this one delivers a few touches that outshine the competitors. They have a robust amount of toppings and sauce choices, the spicy arrabbiata sauce is delicious. One topping they have that others seem not to is whole cloves of roasted garlic. You can see an abundance of it in my photo. If you are a garlic fiend like me, you will appreciate this aspect. Also, they have a variety of post-cook sauce drizzles to elevate it to the next level. I got the spicy ranch but they also have buffalo, hot honey, and others. The pizzas are thrown in a blazing hot oven that cooks them in minutes. This place is a great choice if you want a pizza you can add whatever toppings your heart desires without inflating the cost of the pie. It’s good for a quick lunch or dinner without having to wait 30 minutes for a traditional pizza at standard pizzeria. Is this the best pizza you will ever eat? No. Is it a fantastic pizza nonetheless and a great choice for all the things I’ve outlined above? Yes. Try it out man.
