The staff were very helpful, and the entire place felt well organized and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommended!
2. The spot has fun casual vibes! It is part of a food court!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! Food was ready in less than 10 mins!
Note: I did not check if this spot has their own restrooms, but there is a restroom area nearby!

My friend and I ordered pho and were still eating. I hadn’t even finished my bowl yet, but we were asked to pay in a way that felt rushed and dismissive — as if we were being pushed to leave. Normally, we are allowed to finish our meal, step outside, and then return to pay at the counter, so this behavior was unexpected and uncomfortable.
We were not lingering or being disruptive, just calmly enjoying our meal. Being treated this way truly affected our experience and unfortunately ruined what was meant to be a relaxing Sunday.
I’ve always enjoyed Vietnamese food and wanted to enjoy your restaurant as well, but today’s service made us feel unwelcome. I hope you can look into this and remind staff to be more considerate toward customers.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
I look forward to your response.
Food is decent. Service below average and design of seating is garbage. I’ll explain:
I came in and the host had her head down and I had to cough to be acknowledged. She then brought me to a small booth where I had no eye contact with anyone, and it felt very cramped. I have her my order and told her very clearly “no onions please.” She didn’t write that down for the cook and hey gave me onions, so they had to redo it. She obviously wasn’t listening. Then they came back with the correct order, and also a plate of onions, further demonstrating that they lack listening skills. They then dropped a small blinder which prevents me from communicating for basic things like water refills. But they have a call button so you can press it because they are certainly not paying attention to you. And they didn’t check back at all with me to see how the food was tasting. Just poor service all around.
Like a Japanese ramen restaurant, there are partitions between the bar tables, making it a good place to dine alone.
There are also tables inside the restaurant where multiple people can sit and eat together.
I had the steak & brisket pho, which had a lot of meat and the broth was good.
The Thai Iced Tea that I had with the pho was also good.
Usually, after eating pho, my whole body is filled with the smell of pho, but at Phoholic, I don’t know if it’s because it’s an open space or if there’s some other secret, but I liked that the smell of pho didn’t linger on my body after eating pho.
The food was good and the staff were friendly, so I plan on visiting again.
The broth is rich and flavorful, the toppings are super fresh and generous, and the veggies are crisp.
The best part? The fresh pho noodles, they really make it taste like home.
Staff is friendly too.
Perfect for a quick, satisfying lunch!
