Manager has no customer service. My patty is paper thin and he said this is just how it is. He said the beef is “pre-portioned” I’ve had Culver’s many many times in Denver and my butterburger has never been so paper thin. This was by far the worst $14 I’ve ever spent. Manager wasn’t willing to remake it or refund me. He said I can leave a comment and that’s the best he could do. This guy shouldn’t even be a manager. No people skills, no experience being a manager, and horrible customer service. Why did you hire him?

Came in during the noon rush and had a really awesome experience with Brendon, the ASM, today with my usual order. Fries were hella good, burger was exactly cooked perfectly, and I tried the new Cocoa Mixer and was really happy with how it turned out. They got me out of there in 2 1/2 minutes flat, and killed it!! Shoutout to the crew as well, I know a lot of working parts go into making sure there’s a quick and accurate drive-through experience, and this Culver’s never disappoints.

The new building looks amazing. I think they made a great choice to start fresh! I got a kids meal with a burger and upgraded chili cheese fries and a sundae with caramel. I’ll be honest, it was the perfect size for me. 🙂 Their custard is so good and I like that you can walk in and buy a pint to take home for later! My friends really enjoy the cheese curds.

Terrible management. They prioritize drive through orders before online orders. I had ordered my meal online and it said it would be ready a certain time. I got there at that specific time to see a huge line at the drive through. I parked on the side to wait for my order. All of those people at the drive through got their order while I was waiting for over 30 minutes. I called the manager to ask about my order any they didn’t even start it yet so I asked to cancel it. She had a bad attitude and did not seem to care. Will never go back.

We’ve visited Culver’s several times and usually have a good experience, but unfortunately this visit was less than ideal. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive our food, several tables were dirty (we ended up wiping our own), and our order wasn’t quite correct. After such a long wait, we chose not to have it corrected.
We’re hoping for a better experience next time.

Clean, quick, and usually made right. Worth the drive to the mall to get an actual hot fast food meal, made correctly. Employees are friendly and you dont see a bunch of kids just standing around. Management seems to be doing a great job!

Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Swiss, mushroom burger was really greasy. Not complaining as it was delicious but could feel my veins and heart scream “No!” Employees were friendly but service was slow. Parking lot is horrible!

Probably the worst Culver’s in Colorado. Don’t assume that anyone here knows how to do their job correctly, check your order THOROUGHLY before leaving if you ordered through the drive through because it’s a 100 percent chance they got it wrong. It’s worth the hour and a half drive to the glenwood location because this one is absolutely trash. The manager was rushing us through our order and there wasn’t even anyone else in line… like what are you in a hurry for? Our food wasn’t fresh . Manager Toni clearly doesn’t want to be there, she needs to work a job that isn’t customer service. They also don’t open the lobby doors until 20 minutes after the time posted on the door. Coming to this location was a complete waste of time and money, I didn’t even want to come to this one because it suck’s so bad but decided to give it another chance and maaannn did I regret it BIG TIME! Seriously don’t bother coming here, just go to Glenwood or Denver for a better experience.

Honestly the food is so good and cheap. It always tastes amazing every single time that I come. When you do dine in there is sometimes where it gets crazy noisy, but usually it’s pretty calm. Other than that I really don’t have any complaints

When I arrived I asked what type of lettuce was in the chicken cashew salad and was told it was a green mix. When it arrived it was almost entirely ice berg lettuce which I didn’t want. When I went to show the cashier what it was made of a so called manager came over and told me I should have returned it before I ate most of it. She never apologized or offered to make it right. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning.
