The food was good. Chicken wings and the sliders were delicious. Chicken wings was nice and crispy and was not over cooked. Kudos!! We will be back. Fyi this PT is inside Arizona Charlie Casino on Boulder Highway.

I go to Az Charlie’s Boulder all time and it’s awful now that they converted over to PTs express. The first time we got our burgers the white paper was still on it. The second time we ordered chili fries and there was no chili today we ordered chicken wings and it was nothing but a bucket of salt! I called just to let them know and the female that answered stated just bring it back and hung up. Each time I called them as a courtesy as I like there food when there’s no issues i was very polite but if it was them eating it I’m sure they would be cussing me out if I was behind the counter instead.

Ordered wings with bbq sauce on the side. Chicken wings were burnt and hard and the oil must have been old. The wings use to be good maybe it was the cook. Got home and was disappointed and threw it all away.

We walked up to the cashier, she said “ it will be 1 minute” ok cool, she called 3 names out, she walks out and 15 minutes comes back to take our order, if she would have let me know it would be 15 minutes, that would be ok. Well an hour later still waiting on food. Totally disrespectful staff.

I eat at many of the PTs throughout town and this one has poor service. Very abrasive and impolite, especially when compared to AZC Decatur and the Strat.
There is no greeting when you approach the counter and if after saying hello and start ordering with the person in front of you, the response is I’ll let you know when I’m ready.
Today, after being told that I’d be called when it was ready and I asked, do you think 5, 10 minutes or so, hardly an unreasonable question and the answer is I’ll call you when it’s ready.
Dont know what it is about this particular location but the staff is great at both Sourdough Cafes and Dunkin and it’s only this PTs.
I would hope you could take this as a training incentive and teach the staff proper service and how far being polite can go because this location fails in that respect

Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Was so very disappointed. Not sure if they changed cooks or management but this was horrible!! Before I used to get a real cheesecake sandwich. Used to be great! Plenty of meat, peppers , the works!! Now all I got was mostly bun, hardly any meat, no peppers no onion, was so dry and it tasted horrible!! Seriously??!! And for 12 bucks??!! Looks like I paid 12 bucks for a bun only. And it’s been like this for the last couple of visits. Looks like I definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore. Wish I could give 0 stars

Here at Arizona CHARLIES on Boulder this PTs Express is not a great choice for food in a casino that hasn’t got much to offer anymore. Do you like chicken noodle soup? Great, but not 7 days a week, ridiculous. Pepsi?? Forced to pay $7.00 for two 20 oz. btls. Outrageous. Tried the steak sub with very few peppers & onions and orange American cheese slice. No provolone or mozzarella like everywhere else. Tough and chewy. We waited 5 months 4 the great remodel and its simply a terrible chain rest. No buffet anymore, no steakhouse anymore and the Cafe that was ok is now a cheap version of its former self. Had pot roast about a dozen times, tender and flavorful but no more. Hard end pieces that just were not the same. Asked 4 “chef” and he admitted they were not allowed to use previous cut prepackaged pot roast and now put out an inferior product. Management needs to be reassigned and new blood brought in. Try turning on the light on slots and wait. And wait 4 help that takes forever to respond. Bad enough no valet anymore, so i avoid nighttime parking at all costs on sketchy Boulder Hwy. Once a great locals casino this place i once called home, i simply just gave up on.

While I usually enjoy the menu offerings at this PT’s, the past 2 weeks has added ingrediant that I did not appreciate. Last week I found a long strand of human hair in the mango habanero sauce on my chicken wings. Yesterday I bit into not one but two long strands of hair in my cheesesteak. Coincidence? Who knows! Gross? Absolutely.

PT’s Express was great! Friendly service and great portions. I had the Rib sandwich and the ribs were soft and delicious. Giant portion of tater tots. Would recommend for some revitalizing grub in between games. Anyone who disagree’s is wrong or taking themselves WAY too seriously.
