Good rich flavors. Consistent. Affordable. And always prepared fresh. Not to mention super quick service! China House has been our go to for over a decade. We now live 15 minutes away and still go here over any other Chinese place closer in proximity, (we’ve tried to try others and just—no). I don’t think I’ve truly been dissatisfied with an experience.
We’ll support China House forever.
Our favorites are, Pork Fried Rice, General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, Sweet n’ Sour Chicken (note that this chicken comes plain with sauce on the side—great call!), Chicken Wings, Teriykai Beef Sticks, Spring Roll, Egg Roll and last but certainly not least their Won Ton Soup is TOP NOTCH (seriously it’s the best around. Always piping hot. There’s only one place in Coventry that can even come close to their flavor and the meet inside doesn’t make me cringe)

They barely gave me any food for $15.
I ordered wings combination platter! I received 3 not done wings and a small portion of rice with raw grains. Flavor was mediocre but the 2 shrimp egg rolls was the only good thing.
BBBut why so little food? I am use to the container gotta be stapled shut because of good size portion. Cheap place and I was hungry too. Very disappointed and won’t be back!!!

I love Berea China House! The staff is so kind and the food is consistently delicious! I have been eating here for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed! This is my go to dinner when I don’t feel like cooking!

I wish they didn’t have a 3rd party taking their calls. I ordered plain noodles and I got noodles with shrimp which I am allergic. I called back and the service said it was t late to switch out and they can’t issue a credit. They said I hasked for it and it was on the recording when I asked to hear they said no. I like the people who own and operate the resturant its the company taking the calls that needs help.

1st time I ordered from them, You would think when you ordered sweet and sour pork, they would put in the sour sauce. Called them and Reese the manager asked if I checked the bag. Anyway I the other food was averages at best.

Management needs further training on how to deal with staff incompetence when fulfilling orders and customer service resolution.
No accountability on the part of the business for failing to fulfill the order, they expect the customer to pay for their mistake, if they want their food.
The person that took my order was gave me what she wanted me to have. The dish I got was missing all the vegetables.
I like eating here, but at times, I think they get bored and mess up a order or two on purpose;… to see how the customer will handle it.
