I love this location. I’ve been at least 3 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. Their turkey bacon ranch’s are delicious and fresh always and, of course, the smoothies are great. Me and the fam got smoothies that stayed cold the whole ride to ocean city once (in the summer).

everything is always perfect. The girl at the counter Leseley she was wonderful and she deserves a raise or something she helped me decide what to get and it was absolutely amazing. She’s great and definitely deserves some recognition.

The Açaí bowl was good. However, the granola was very hard and the chunks were large. The fruit was very good but the balance of the granola was off. It was difficult to break up with the spoon as well.

I visited the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 3611 Washington Blvd, Unit 103, Halethorpe, MD 21227 on October 22, 2023, and I’m quite disappointed with the service I received.
I ordered a wrap, chips, and a smoothie and presented a survey coupon I had received as a result of a previous online order. However, I was told by the cashier that I needed to show a receipt along with the coupon to avail of the promotion. I explained to the cashier that the promotion clearly states, “Offer valid at participating locations only. Not valid with any other offer, discount, or combo. Limit one coupon per customer, per visit. Please present coupon at the time of purchase. See store for details.”
Regrettably, the cashier’s interpretation of the promotion differed from mine, leading to confusion and frustration. I have been a loyal customer of this Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I expect the staff to be well-informed about the promotions they offer.
I hope this review prompts the management to ensure their staff is knowledgeable about promotions and maintains a higher level of customer service.
I appreciate your attention to this matter, as it will not only benefit me but also other customers in the future. Thank you.
