I’m honestly really disappointed with this location of Dunkin’.
I walked in to pick up my order and was told it would be about a 20-minute wait. That was fine — I went back to my car and waited the full 20 minutes before coming back inside. When I returned, the two employees who originally helped me told me they hadn’t even started my order yet.
What made it worse was the attitude. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience — just “Yeah, we can’t make it yet. We’re just too busy.” After already waiting 20 minutes.
I then had to wait another 20 minutes. It wasn’t until the manager came in that anything actually happened. I explained that I had already been waiting over 20 minutes, and once she stepped in, my order was made in less than 10 minutes.
That shows the issue wasn’t time — it was effort and accountability. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. The service is consistently slow and unprofessional.
I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ unless major changes are made.

I go to this location 4-5 times a week for coffee, sometimes grab some donuts. The coffee is always great at this location and the donuts are fresh and tasty. The service is excellent–I’ve been regularly greeted by Francisco and Isla in the evening and they are always super friendly, always have my mobile order ready by the time I roll up, and are always prepared for the most important part of my order–our pug’s pup cup. Always enjoy seeing our regular folks!!

This was my first and might be my last time trying Dunkin’ coffee. I recently ordered a small pumpkin spice cold brew/latte, and while my interaction with the employees was nice, the drink itself made me feel really icky and gross afterward. The girl at the window started off sounding like she might’ve been having a rough day, but once we talked, she was actually really pleasant and helpful. She even took the time to explain low-calorie options, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the coffee just didn’t sit right with me at all, which was disappointing after such a positive interaction.

the Dunkin’ semi truck always parks in middle of the parking lot, in everyone’s way. so much so it even blocks in parked cars. literally watched someone have to 15 point turn just to get out of the parking lot. park and unload somewhere else????

They change employees like water. Horrible customer service and not properly trained. There’s on girl who has face piercing was asked to help with mobile orders and she took one recipe and slammed it on the counter and left. We all looked at each other and was like she’s having a bad day. Then found out they took all the good one and took it to a different location. This location has gone down. Not coming back.

Ordered 25 munchkins, disappointed they didn’t have the glaze ones. Got chocolate and blueberry. They were very sticky and chewy. Like they had been frozen or something. Didn’t taste right. Ordered a strawberry drink and it took forever they kept making drinks for the drive thru. Then we made a comment and the girl was like I’m making it now and another girl was sarcastic saying sorry for the wait… Not a good experience and wasn’t even given a receipt. Won’t go back

I figured it was just fast food so how bad could it be, but ordering a pumpkin cold brew somehow turned into a mess and I waited 20 minutes for a small order while standing right by pickup. They finally realized it was already made and sitting in the drive thru the whole time, so all that waiting came down to them not paying attention.

First time in years that I wanted to give Dunkin a try . I pull up at 7:05pm and ask to try their wrap . Mind you their open till 10pm and the team member says “unfortunately we are cleaning the oven is there anything else we can get you” . Like who knows maybe I’m willing to wait but not even an option to wait while they finish. So I’m like okay well let’s do a coffee I guess . Her response after giving her my order “sorry we are out of caramel foam , is vanilla okay?” Like whaaaaat ? No it’s not lol . First and last time I go .

It’s been three times I’ve ordered my cold brew here and they seem to get it wrong every time. I modify my drinks to less syrup because I’m diabetic and they still make them super sweet. I don’t have this problem with other locations it’s seems to just be this one. Super upsetting because after a long day at work I drove home and dranked some of my coffee only to find out it’s wrong yet again. I can’t even drink it, They don’t seem to care about following the orders. Also I may add a few weeks ago I ordered a coffee for pick up during my lunch break and when I got to work I realized there was a hole on my cup.
