Rocky Tops use to be the best pizza around, unfortunately it isn’t what it used to be. Now days it’s hit or miss. Some times you’ll get lucky and it’ll be good, then other times not so good. Last couple of times we have found hair in the food. It will be a long time before we order from here again, if ever.

Ordered two orders of onion rings and a large cheese sticks.
The cheese sticks were good but the onion ring were bad, they looked like you cleaned out the bottom of the deep fryer. They were just pieces and were way overdone. Call and was told I could have new ones for half price. They said they were not aloud to give away food or refund money, is that what you would call replacing terrible food.
Asked to talk to the manager and was told he would have to be called.
They called me back and told I could return and get my money returned if that is what I wanted. Terrible Service and policy.

I was told 25 to 30 minutes when ordering. Came back in 33 minutes was told my order was almost ready waited another half hour while walking out noticed my daughter sald didn’t have chicken. Went back in waited another 10 minutes was told chicken was in middle of salad. Went home my daughter ask where the chicken was I told her she looked and when she found the chicken she found hair. I called and was told no management was there and I could come back and pay half price for something I already paid for. I ask for the manager to call me and still no call.
