I enjoyed having dinner here. My friend and I spent hours here while we chatted. The moscato was delicious which complimented the charcuterie board. The service here was top tier. The food was delicious. I would love to try one of their dinner dishes next.

I had heard a lot of good things about Pazzeria by Pietro’s in Marshall, so I went in with pretty high hopes. The staff was friendly enough, but the experience just didn’t live up to the hype for me.
They accidentally made the wrong size pizza at first, which happens, but it took a long time for them to remake it. You’d think correcting their mistake would’ve been a priority, but it didn’t feel that way. When the pepperoni pizza finally came out, the first thing I noticed was how few pepperonis there were – it honestly looked like they were rationing them. And once I tasted it, the flavor just wasn’t there. The crust was fine, but overall the pizza didn’t have much going for it.
The place has a lot of five-star reviews, so maybe I just caught them on an off day, or maybe this is what passes as “great pizza” in Marshall. Either way, it didn’t impress me enough to come back.

Beyond perfect. Buddy was the perfect addition. His extra attention and showmanship made our evening. My granddaughter and other grandkids have never enjoyed dinner out more. Buddy sent out raw dough for her to mistake his skills. The food and service was beyond amazing.

My husband and I were in a few nights ago and this place was PACKED! Them being so busy NEVER phased the service we received. Our drinks were always kept full and our waitress was very attentive! We love coming here and it never disappoints! We can always count on Pietro’s to bring us great service and amazing food! This place truly outshines the restaurants in Marshall and we are so thankful we can enjoy amazing Italian food, amazing atmosphere and know we are always taken care of by the staff!

Fabulous food. We had to wait a minute while our server checked in the kitchen to see if the pesto was ready. Fresh every time. We had a pizza, calzones, a salad and a pasta dish plus two desserts. Also tried one of their very reasonably priced red wines. Really can’t say enough good things about this place. Conveniently located in Marshall and an easy drive for us from Shreveport.

The pizzas have been enjoyable. I love their cheesecake as well. The calamari was a little over cooked and was hard. Seemed like it was frozen and then fried without it being thawed out or something. I love the aioli sauce that came with it though.

I will forever be haunted by this pizza. I can not say I have had a pizza so fresh and the crust so delectablely crunchy. 10 out of 10. Dessert was just as lovely with the best canolli I’ve had in the US, and almond cake was terrific, too. The place was a pleasant place to be and was beautiful. The only complaint we had was the slow service…. with a whole hour and a twenty minutes, we expected to be to our show across the street in plenty of time, but we were almost late.
