They took my order like I am being a bother to them.
Tried Loco Moco with a side of macaroni salad. Gravy was a light crème color (never seen this on loco moco before) and tasted as bad as it looked. The rice was so overcooked, it was just a starchy paste.

This is the restaurant in Crossroads I eat at most often. I usually get the Hawaiian beef patty sandwich, which is a great portion size for me. (I know I should branch out, though last time I also got the Hawaiian fried ice cream and was not impressed.)
Service is fast and the employees are pretty easy to work with.
I don’t even know if the food is good, honestly, but I keep eating it, so it must be? It kind of transcends such a classification, perhaps it appeals to me on a nostalgia/emotional/comfort food level. That sounds like a backhanded compliment, but I really do like this place a lot. I’m very glad they exist in this mall and I will absolutely keep coming back.

I ordered the 6 Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, which was served with rice and Mac salad. Unfortunately, the taste of the shrimp itself was not up to par. The shrimp was over-fried and the Mac salad was the worst I have ever had. Additionally, the dipping sauce provided for the shrimp was not good. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. I have had much better coconut shrimp elsewhere. This place is also bit expensive.

Been coming here for years. Very large portions! There hamburger triple patty ( they call it beef pattie ) is huge MUCH better than Dicks at crossroads. Pork and chicken are also very good.

I had their Loco Moco one time & I loved it! Very delicious! I also loved their other foods way more! But my stomach can’t handle raw egg yolks but still loved it! I do love their Hawaiian BBQ chicken burger with fries yum!!! That one is especially yummy!!!

Even though the Thai place next door seems to be more busy, I really think this place is great. They have huge serving sizes and macaroni salad that slaps with the meal. Wayyy faster delivery than anywhere else in the food court. Definitely give the #3 Hawaiian BBQ a whirl.

Love the portion size, the bbq beef came with 2 scoops of rice and a salad. Very tasty & no msg is a plug. Will try other items for sure when I m near Bellevue Crossroad!!
We came on Tues and there were a Farmer market in the other side of the crossroad parking lot with live band too, it was a nice surprise!

Great food overall. Had the combo beef and chicken. Chicken was juicy and had a nice flavor to it. Beef was a little on the sweeter side but not bad. Large portions. This restaurant is located inside Crossroads Mall. Parking is plentiful around the mall.

The portion was very generous with a mountain of pulled pork on the sandwich and big pile of garlic fries. I had the option of spicey or not spicey sauce. I went for the spicey and found it to be delicious. Certainly not overly spicey at all, just a good BBQ sauce. Bun was fresh. I was watching the cook prepare the food and could tell that he was putting a lot of care into it. Good food comes from the heart and this place has a lot of heart.
