Great experience. I accidentally placed my Super Bowl order for Monday the 9th instead of Sunday the 8th. The staff was very accommodating and was able to make my order while I waited. I can’t thank enough for saving my Super Bowl Party!

This is a small take out location with no seating options but the service is top notch. They are really courteous , very clean, and super quick. If you order a tray it is made fresh, so enjoy and it will be a hit at any gathering.

Will NEVER order again!! Placed my order for superbowl a week in advance to be delivered through doordash (which I’ve done many times before) between 4 & 4:20 PM. Pretzels NEVER ARRIVED! At 4:15 I called the store to check on order, no answer! I then came doordash & they tried contacting the store, NO ANSWER! how do you not answer your phone for a vendor that you have a contact with?? I tried calling multiple times, NO ANSWER!! at 4:45, 45 minutes AFTER my order was suppose to arrive, PHILLY PRETZELS CANCELED MY ORDER!! Stay away from ordering of you need pretzelsfor an event!!
