Yes this location tends to be out of stuff ALOT but if you’ve ever eaten here you’d understand why. This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The food is AMAZING and judging by the line that’s always wrapped around the building others feel the same. Shoutout to the third shift crew for making it an awesome experience every time.

Unreal experience at this location.
I used the mobile app to place an order to pick up at the counter. When I walked in, there were only two other customers in the restaurant.
Both of them were complaining of long waits (20 and 40 minutes) respectively. They were demanding refunds, and largely just being ignored by the staff. Except for one manager, who only said “there’s just 4 of us working back here! What do you expect us to do?!?”
First of all, four employees is a fully staffed Taco Bell. Second, these customers expect their food quicker than 20-40 minutes. As do I.
It should be noted that this entire time, a fifth employee was sitting at a dining table just playing on his phone.
After 20 minutes of me being there, neither of the other two customers ever received food. They got refunds and—unsurprisingly—stormed out.
It got the manager’s attention too, and explained I made a mobile order and would like to cancel. Because it was already placed, I had to contact support on the mobile app to do so. The time elapsed from placing my order to contacting support was 22 minutes.
Four employees could not handle three customers!
I am still dealing with customer support to get my refund. A fully staffed Taco Bell could not prepare food, nor interact with me or my order for over 22 minutes, and apparently have no ability to cancel an order: just zero effort across the board.
I’ve never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. It’s just unreal that they had a fully staffed location and could not make food for anyone, and worse, they didn’t have a care in the world about even trying.
Just despicable. And now my $25 is in limbo because I made the mistake of placing the order on the app. Furious is an understatement.

I’m not sure if I can leave these stars blank but I’m planning on it. I haven’t been in the actual restaurant myself but I’m beyond disgusted that I placed a mobile order and received the wrong meal. I ordered cantina chicken crispy tacos with nacho cheese added and a side of chips and cheese — and Cinnabons. I received the Cinnabons but no nacho cheese and the tacos were both double wrapped in soft tacos — with **spicy ranch**. No offense to anyone else but it’s not my cup of tea. 0/5 stars.

I went through there earlier today on my receipt it says 3:32 p.m. and it looks like Natalie P was my cashier. This girl was very nice and polite and friendly. She didn’t have the fake smile you see everywhere else like McGreasies. I just grabbed a Chicken Power bowl on my way home from training racing pigeons. It’s been a while since I have made a review and I gave her five stars but the restaurant only gets 4 stars. 4 stars is I liked it. Things were a bit slow but that’s the normal at every fast food joint. The reason I left the review was to mention the cashier who was worth mentioning. Good help like her is hard to find.
I will be back!
By the way it takes something really special to get 5 stars from me. Texas Roadhouse still hasn’t gotten it yet because of their poor service and I absolutely love their steaks.

If I could give a 0 I would ordered with door dash was missing 2 nacho and cheese, 1 drink, 3 tacos meat and cheese only 1 cheese quesadilla, 1 chicken quesadilla, 3 beef and cheese chalupa no lettuce not tomato. Our dasher got to main st taco bell and our order was given to someone else so she had to wait to have it remade. Then when we got it all that food was missing.U have to go through door dash to fix this so we did and just wanted missing items management refused to make this right and said that we were just trying to steal food ( mind you I could of just accept the 55 dollar refund from door dash but that’s now what we wanted. Said that she wouldn’t only replace 4 things because she knew were we just trying to steal food. Door dash said just let her do whatever because it became a screaming matching with the manager. We got the food and again it was completely wrong our dasher was amazing and was able to completely back us up that the food was not received they tried to tell the dasher she must of stole the food because she was given 3 bags and 6 drinks, to which she replied I was gave 1 bag check ur cameras. We said that we would bring the food down to her and prove it was wrong to which she replied she would call the law if we showed up because she was done dealing with people who want to steal. Proof that it indeed was wrong !!!!!

I like this location better than the other two in Chillicothe, but HATE going through here at night around 1/2AM they are always messing up my order!! Ordered a chicken power bowl, no beans, extra lettuce add steak…. What is this? Didn’t even put the guacamole in it.. During the day the employees are great and make my food correctly. Overnighters are always messing up the order like they don’t even care to be there

Every time I order, they forget at least one paid item. Always out of main items. Always throw dozens of items into one bag instead of using boxes. No drink carriers.

Refused to serve me at 1:48am because my semi doesnt fit in the drive thru. Juat checked out of the hotel to start my day, saw taco bell was open so went to grab my meal for the day. They refused me service due to a safery issue. Mind you I am a female and their whole staff is males. Dissapointed.
