First time having Jimmy Johns. Very cool employees. They made a beautiful sandwich and were very kind especially to common customers. Employee named Kyra made a great sandwich for me and was extremely kind! The other employees were very kind and talkative while working and made a great atmosphere. Will be coming back!

The girl that took our order sounded dead inside. Like she would have rather been anywhere else but there. When we pull around she never came to the window ever. Never acknowledged us at all. She just carried on making mayonnaise sandwiches. I say this because she couldn’t have possibly used more mayonnaise on every sandwich she made (including ours..photo included). So we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for some kind of interaction. We were finally waited on by some guy that pulled up during our wait. I ended up throwing my sandwich away after taking a few bites bc there was WAY too much mayo for my taste.

They almost lost me with a weak sandwich with barely any tuna. But they were awesome and sent some bodacious slim 5 that were on par with the JJs I know to love. Keep it up guys! Also your driver was amazing

Every single time we come through this location, the employees talk to us like we are garbage. Other friends have had the same experience. Sometimes they don’t even greet us at the speaker, they sit there in silence until we ask if someone’s there. I don’t know if you’re there or not I don’t have a sensor that tells me when you’re ready, YOU DO. I don’t expect you to love your job. However I expect you to be tolerable. I shouldn’t leave the place feeling frustrated with how I’m treated just because I wanted a sandwich. I’m always overly polite with people in service industries because I know it gets old and it sucks. I always use terms like “Yes ma’am, yes sir, thank you I appreciate you”. Show some respect or go work in a factory.

Visited on 06/09/2025 at 9:20 the doors were locked so we went thru the drive thru. Said they were out of bread and I ordered a toasted sandwich couldn’t put it on the little john, so my sister laughed bc we had been to three drive thru at that point and were just at a loss at our bad luck. The guy said ‘okay well now I’m not making you anything goodbye’ and wouldn’t take our order. Horrible service

Worker took our money and without changing his gloves makes our sandwiches. The other worker coughs in his hand then makes someone else’s sandwich. This place needs some better training. High priced food should have better quality control.

Always go to this Jimmy Johns location as it’s close to my house and have never had a problem except today. Hearing the woman attending the drive thru say “oh my god” in a very annoyed tone as I’m looking at the menu made me immediately leave. Perhaps she should be self aware enough to mute the mic before she does that next time.
