I’ve eaten at Squirts Burgers & Fries twice now, and it’s quickly become one of my go-tos on Food Truck Row outside Old Taylor High. The burgers are huge and absolutely packed with flavor — juicy, well-seasoned, and perfectly messy in the best way. The crinkle-cut fries are crisp and seasoned just right.
Honestly, the food is so good I forgot to take a photo before diving in (the half-eaten picture says it all). It’s one of those meals you can’t wait for.
If you’re in the Taylor area, this food truck spot is a great stop — grab a burger, wander around the nearby shops, and enjoy the laid-back vibe. Definitely worth checking out.

Absolutely delicious fish sandwich with toasted and buttery bread and fried fish lightly battered so you get a lot more fish. The sandwich has lettuce, tomato and pickle relish/sauce that adds the perfect amount of sour to complement everything. SO good!! I’ve tried the fried fish plate and burger and all are filling while not leaving you too heavy. Very affordable. You really have to try this place! And the servers are super kind and cool, 10/10

Go get one from Squirts Food Truck by Old Taylor High School. I have been looking for a burger that could compare to the ones I would eat back home in New Orleans; I could never find one anywhere. I decided to give Squirts Burgers and Wings a try tonight, and I am highly impressed. My husband is going to tell everyone at his work. I will be going back to try everything else.

We live in Round Rock and were craving an old fashioned cheeseburger. Well, we got what we wanted!!! First, the burgers were about 6 inches in diameter (it seemed like it). It had so much flavor. The whole wings were seasoned and fried perfectly. Focus on the FOOD and you won’t be disappointed.

The double burger was delicious! Best burger in town! The burger had fresh vegetables, and the beef was juicy. Overall, the burger had great seasoning and flavor. The chicken wings were Bussin! The fish and burgers here are to die for! Always cooked perfectly and full of flavor. On top of that, the customer service is top notch. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel right at home.
It’s also a super convenient spot whether you want to eat outside at a picnic table, take it inside Old Taylor High, or grab it to go. Definitely one of my favorite go-to places for a great meal and good vibes!

I ordered a hamburger and tator tots and buffalo hot wings. Both were wonderful! The burger was cooked and seasoned well. The tots were perfect because my 9yr old ate them lol. Thanks, see ya again!
