If there was a selection for 0 stars this place would get it!!!! By far the worst dining experience I have ever encountered! For being a resort and 4th of July weekend you should have adequate staff and staff that know what they are doing! Let’s start out with arriving around 645pm then someone finally came over about 7pm to give us menus and there was only 4 tables in there at the time the wait staff comes back 10 min later and took our food order then the wait……an hour later guess what no food and someone came in that was supposed to be the manager I said something to along with another table and he disappeared for 20 min so I had it and went to the front lobby where a gentleman tried his best to help with the situation and there were 4 other groups up there complaining her the same thing! Surprised huh so finally to make a long story short they promised our food so we are 2 hours in now and got our food but the chicken tenders were dry and overcooked my family was I. Total disgust at this point and ate half and they said the bill was on the house. The point I tried getting g across is while we sat there and other groups walked in, sat down, ordered and got their food while we watched and not one staff person or our waitress come over and wonder why her tables that had been sitting there not get their food??????

Great experience. My wife and I had the smash burger & quesadilla and thought they were both delicious! We were a little hesitant to try based on older reviews but were pleasantly surprised and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I stopped by on a Monday for dinner with a buddy. We’re in and out within a hour. Food came out within 12 minutes and was hot and fresh! The chicken tenders were delicious and the onion rings were out of this world good!

I waited for a first come first serve seet. There were none available. I waited for approximately 20 minutes till atable became available. I waited for a service to come to the table.But that never happened. I went to the bar and met with one of the waiters who said that was her section. The waiter never came to the table. After 10 minutes we left. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The chicken wings were horrible! Chicken wings, a simple choice. They were totally overlooked. Dry, burnt, and not seasoned well. This was my second attempt. I ordered bbq wings initially and was given hot wings. I know 3 strikes, and you’re out, so I didn’t order anything else. I have no more words.

We came with a large group at dinner time. While we were a large group (20 or so) we were the only ones in the restaurant. Currently the restaurant is on the main floor as the normal Tavern location is under remodel. There are no signs to reflect this – we ended up having to traverse the entire resort to find someone who could tell us where it even was located.
Service was poor. It took 20+ minutes to get water, ordered drinks. We didn’t even get silverware until after the food was served. When it was time to order another drink, the server was nowhere to be seen.
The food was also fairly poor. I had the chicken sandwich, which may have been the worst chicken I’ve been served in a restaurant in my life. It also only covered half the bun, which given the price you’d imagine it would at least be a full sandwich.
The one saving grace is the view. The dining area overlooks the lake and it is gorgeous. Just wish I could have enjoyed my food and service as well.

Very disappointing. This was the worst overall dinning experience I’ve ever had. The wait for our food was long (not busy, 3 tables including ours) our order was either not put in or it lost it’s way to the kitchen as we over heard the server telling them what we ordered more than 20 minutes after we placed the order. The three that ordered burgers said they were okay at best, very bland and over cooked. The chicken on my sandwich was so burnt it was literally black and hard. I was dumbfounded that they would even attempt to plate and serve something like that. I pointed it out to a lady (not sure if she was another server or a manager) she offered to have them recook it, I declined and asked her just to take it off the bill. After everyone had finished and we asked for the check, a gentleman brought a chicken sandwich plate to our table. I told him it was the wrong table and he took it back, then the waitress brought it back. I explained that I had told the other lady not to recook it, plus we are done and leaving. She insisted to the point that to save embassmment and not create a scene, I said I’d take it to go. Then to add insult to the already irritated, she brought our check and they had charged for both of the chicken sandwiches (the burnt one and the one I didn’t want) and added an an 18% tip????? We had a table of 4 adults and a toddler. *They did take one of the chicken sandwiches off the bill. But what a shame, in such a nice environment too. I guess next time I will read the reviews first.

We’ve been waiting for our food for an hour and 15 minutes. We talked to the manager and he said he would personally check on our food. He disappeared and the staff couldn’t find him. It was close to 2 hours so we gave up and went to Sone Pizza Cafe, which was delicious.

I 10/10 recommend this place for not only drinks but also dinner!! I was a little skeptical when I seen the menu as it’s not super full. Mostly bar food options but HOLY SMOKES! I would eat here every day if we could! We ordered the sourdough turkey sandwich with fries and their Burger with onion rings. The burger was INCREDIBLE. It didn’t come with any sauce on it and it was still the most flavorful, juicy burger I’ve had! The turkey sandwich was delicious!! Im not sure what sauce is on it but my gosh, the flavors mixed together were perfect! The Fries were wonderful and not overly salty or greasy and the onion rings were pretty good as well. We got two alcohol beverages.. a Long Island iced tea and a Vodka soda and both of those were mixed perfectly! There were only two staff members working total and they knocked it out of park! Our drinks were continuously filled, our food came out quick and their personalities were very friendly and helpful! They truly seemed like they love working here even despite a little rush! We will absolutely be coming back and hope to have the same staff working!

Had a drink still tipped over 20% for bad service went to drive off property just to eat since I was starving then the cops almost didn’t let me back on the property due to the fireworks elsewhere in the park but overall it was a terrible visit between waiting on line for a hour to check in to no food options no real drink options and just terrible service! This was my 1st and last time wasting my time and money there! So disappointed!!!
