The food here is good, well seasoned. The battered fries are SO GOOD but the service isn’t good. It’s so slow, you will literally be waiting 20 mins before you even get a drink. Not to mention another 30 for your food. As far as the staff, the lady was just sitting at the table across from us before she even gave me a menu. I had To ask her for a menu & everything. Smh it was aggravating. I support black businesses but Kandaddys need to step it up a notch if they want to get more business.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everything is freshly cooked and tastes great! The owners are very friendly and nice. I have nothing bad to say about Kandaddy’s! You will not be disappointed!

Ms. Hatton, As Owner, let me 1st apologize for your experience at my store. We at Kandaddy’s pride ourselves in customer service, as well as our food. That employee has since been terminated for similar and other reasons, and we have hired new personnel. As for the wait time, there will be a wait – some longer than others but no more than 20 mins on orders and as little as 10 mins on most. About the same time as you would if you were to go to Applebee’s or Chili’s for, example. This is because all our food is cooked fresh to order, as stated on our storefront. Like any other restaurant, it also depends on what you order and how many orders you have, also how many customers preceded you with their orders. At times we are so busy because we also are taking call-ins, dine-ins, and catering as well as to-go services. Nevertheless, we try our best to accommodate each customer to the fullest of our extent, and as a result, we have an unlimited amount of business (customers) who give us positive feedback on a daily basis. We appreciate your support, and again i apologize for your experience. For the record, black-owned businesses are no different than white-owned businesses, or any other as a matter of fact. Same customers, same service. I pray that you have a good day…

The food was delish, and o got there around 9ish thinking the service wouldn’t be so great meeting closure.
Not so, the food was great!!! I most definitely will be coming back!!!
