This place has a relaxed neighborhood vibe with plenty of space to hang out with friends. The menu has a good mix of pub favorites, and the food comes out hot and satisfying. It’s also a solid spot for catching a game, with plenty of TVs and a lively atmosphere.

Long over due, but have yet to visit in person and always get the Nashville hot sandwich via carry out. I’ve never requested utensils before this order and just recieved the coolest carry out utensils that are reusable. LOVE

The chicken noodle soup is amazing. As a soup connoisseur, I can say this is such a flavorful and veggie loaded chicken noodle soup. Perfectly salted and seasoned. Will be back for more soups.

I honestly had a good experience while dinning at the restaurant. However, one of the servers added me on instagram a couple hours later. This is extremely concerning and inappropriate. The only way this could have happened is if my personal information was accessed after my visit. Using customer information for personal contact outside of the restaurant is a serious breach of professional boundaries and made me feel uncomfortable. I believe this behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed by management to ensure customer privacy and safety.

Food was great, service was great and the vibes were great! I will have to return to this place because it was excellent all around. I had the smash burger with fries and it was probably the best burger I’ve had in awhile. Definitely recommend!

Nice place near the train tracks. You have to make sure you navigate around the tracks if you are coming off of Des plains. They have really good variety of gin and really good food late night.

Enjoyed hanging out here for some of the games for March madness. Tried the nachos and they were pretty good and filling. Really enjoyed the cookie skillet for dessert! If you go on Sunday they’ve got a deal on Whisky!

Good local neighborhood bar for the locals. Decent food on the menu and the brunch is hearty as long as you are looking for a classical breakfast (moderately priced for downtown Chicago). On Tuesday nights they have a good bar trivia night with about 7-15 teams in any given Tuesday. If you are looking for an unpretentious place to end the night then this place is as good as any.

Travelers beware!!! Upon arriving the red flags to leave were there, but it was late night and we were all very hungry after a long day. It was 86 degrees today, still 74 degrees after midnight when we went in but they had a heater fan ON in the entrance which was just odd.
The radio music was so loud (night club volumn) we couldn’t hear our server or each-other talk. We stuck it out because it was late, and like I said, we were very hungry.
The server was taking quite some time to get back to our table after bringing our drinks (not sure why she didnt grab our food order when drinks were brought) so we asked a different server if we could switch tables in hopes that the music was less obnoxious at a different table. It was literally a tiny bit less obnoxious in the corner not enough to be enjoyable.
The second server ended up taking our order. At first she was very polite until our food came out and suddenly acted like we were inconveniencing her when we asked for some extra sauces and an extra plate that she should have brought out with the shareable plates we ordered. She rolled her eyes but did bring the sauces and plates quickly. Then brought 2 other sauces that were not requested but we still got charged for them.
The bill came, we had a group of 4. 2 couples that i guess she assumed was paying all together… because the bill was not 2 seperate checks as it should have been. When asked to seperate she said they dont allow that. She said they could split the bill in half and just take 2 cards which was crazy considering our bill was much different in price then our friends. So we paid cash, they paid card after we itemized it ourselves. The other and most disturbing thing was the owners include an odd fee on the bill. “Employee healthcare” its an extra gratuity (on top of the automatic 20% they added without an option) that was added on to pay for their employees healthcare i guess. Very tacky to say the least. This bar was a dive. Food was mediocre. Accept the handcut fries, those were delicious. The cuban has an odd sliced discolored meat on it instead of pork that was very off putting and tasted awful. No where near an actual cuban sandwich. Do not go here unless you like low class, overpriced food and sub-par service!
