Usually I only leave reviews after a bad experience, and this one started out that way — my order was wrong and my receipt didn’t match what their system showed. I called as soon as I noticed, and they immediately replaced the entire order with no questions asked. I know this Domino’s location has been short-staffed for a while, but the team still came through and handled everything professionally. Whoever owns this location needs to give these workers a raise and hire more help — they definitely deserve it! I’m genuinely grateful for the great customer service tonight and how they went out of there way

We’ve had bad experiences in the past with this location but every pizza we have ordered within the last year has been so delicious! Loads of cheese and toppings and always cooked to perfection. Their pan pizza is our favorite! 10 out of 10!

First time ordering from this location. It was great. Notes followed. Good build looks a little sloppy but that’s because I ordered extra sauce. Ready when it was supposed to be. So on Friday, June 20 I placed an order at about 7:20 PM. Get to the store at about 735 or 7:40 PM. Sit at the drive-through window for almost 20 minutes only for the little girl to come and tell me my order hadn’t even been started yet. This will not only be my last time at this Domino’s. It will be my last time at any dominoes.

I love domino’s pizza, but this is the second time their delivery service has been poor. I ordered online both times. It’s nice that they allow you to track your delivery. The first time, it was over two hours before they delivered my pizza. Forty five minutes after having placed the order, I received a phone call from the store letting me know that they were short on drivers and that it would be over an hour before they would be able to deliver it. Last night, same thing happened. After 45 minutes, I called the store and they said it would be another 30….two of their drivers called out. Try another location. The Watkinsville location is going downhill.

A 50-60 minute delivery time took 2 1/2 hours – and TWO HOURS after the Tracker showed it out of the oven… needless to say the food was COLD. During the wait, two separate calls to the restaurant went unanswered – listened to music for 9 minutes then again for 14. I understand staffing issues – but if you can’t provide a service, don’t offer it!

Horrible!! Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. My husband went to pick up and brought them home. He made the mistake of not checking the pizzas before he left the store. Both are burnt beyond recognition! One of the pizzas was a spinach and feta cheese. 6 tiny pieces of spinach was on the entire pizza! SIX!! I called the store and asked for either a refund or a remake. I was told that the general manager wasn’t in so a refund was not possible and if I wanted a remake it would be at least an hour and then the employee, who said she was the assistant manager, hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold. I held for 9 minutes and finally hung up. About 20 minutes later, this person called me back and said, “I told you to hold.” Really?? Then asked if I wanted a remake or a refund. I told her that I couldn’t wait an hour and earlier she said she wasn’t able to give me a refund. Guess what?? All of a sudden she was able to cancel the transaction and refund my card. Wow! What an awful experience. No more Domino’s for us…at least not from this location! Oh, how I wish I would have taken pictures so I could show everyone just how horrible these 2 pizzas looked. If you like burnt pizza, lack of toppings and terrible customer service, this place is for you!!!!
