Social Profile:

The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

I’ve ordered from this place dozens of times already and on the days it’s good, it’s really good. However, the inconsistency in quality is frustrating. I am convinced there are two people making the chicken, and whoever is in charge of primarily making the honey garlic wings is horrible. The original is always perfect, the secret sauce is perfect 80% of the time, but the honey garlic was made correctly twice out of all the times I’ve ordered. I can even tell when this person makes the other flavors in my order too, because the batter is always soggy and the sauce barely covers it.

I really do love this place but I hate how the quality depends on the luck of the draw.

Edit 12/7: Quality consistency still sucks

Excellent Korean chicken as we ordered the honey garlic boneless basket. It had 8 pieces and the crunch was audible!! The food was delicious and the flavors sublime. Service was great, and tables and bathrooms were clean. They do have a much bigger menu and next time we’ll try some other dishes. We recommend this very much.

The chicken was really juicy and the batter was on point. I ordered the spicy mala wings the flavor was a 3/5 but the chicken and batter was 4.5/5.

The Caribbean Spice Rice Bowl was a 3/5 there was just too much sauce. But the chicken in the rice bowl was delicious. I’m took the rice bowl home and added more rice to balance the sauce.

I asked if I could have two flavors for the medium order they said no and I had to order two small if I wanted different flavors.

Very good tasty chicken wings but it is quite expensive. It is over $2.00 per chicken wings or boneless wings!

I would recommend you order before hand by a call or online. It will be al least 20 minutes of wait if you place your order in store.

But the chicken is very good. Great flavor and seasoning, not dry at all.

This place is selling one of the best fried chicken I’ve tried in my life. They offer a lot of sauce. I really like the honey garlic, and Gangnam style but not soy garlic and Galbi. My family also loves the secret sauce (not my favorite though). We are interested in trying other sauces next time. What impressed us is that the wings had the right amount of breading as well as a very nice crisp. The meat was moist inside. They were all perfectly cooked. The sweet potatoes fries were yummy and not oily at all. Service is casual. Customers need to clean up after themselves. The nice ambiance is a plus, and the restaurant looks new and clean. Nice experience so far.

Food is good but the service is horrendous.

I ordered through phone call and was told that my food willl be ready within 30mins. I came to the store right on the 25 minute mark and the guy said we need to wait a few more minutes for the ddoekboki. I Waited for about 25mins and finally got my order.. (or at least that’s what I thought). I drove home and as soon as I’m approaching the garage the guy called my number saying that they messed up and gave me the wrong order and asked me to go back and return the food (like dude?? Talk about cleanliness).

So I drove back again to their store, surrendered the order and they said I have to wait another 8mins. At this point I’m so hungry and i’ve wasted so much time for this.

I guess this will be my last time ordering form
this store.

I think it’s better than other branches. Clean and good service. The staff are very kind. “I submitted it, and the fried clothes were so thick that the wings were bigger than men’s fists, so I’m impressed.” And never order coleslaw. I’ll regret it.

One of the best Korean fried chicken place in town.
Always come back for the honey garlic wing!

Actually the secret sauce is also good.
The price is reasonable and the services is fast.

Would be great if I can have an extra pickle radish

Decent spot for chicken and amazing fries. The cook for the fries balanced out the quality of the chicken. I have been to the bb.q Chicken at Apple Park and this location is on par with it.

Food: I ordered the “Chak Chak Whole Chicken.” Seasoning is flavorful, but the batter was a bit loose compared to the chicken at the Apple Park location. I also ordered a “Chak Chak Boneless”, but found a bone. I did not find one in one of my other orders though, so it could have been a one time thing. The “French Fry”, did not disappoint though! It was crispy, light, and not too oily.

Overall, could be a miss on the chicken this time, but I would definitely get the fries again.

Tips: Order online to save time and either pick up to eat there or get it to-go. Using their website doesn’t have extra fees. Water is not self-service at this site, you’ll need to ask staff at the front for it.

I have just had the worst fried chicken of my life. I had all sorts of fried chicken before, Mexican, American, Korean, Indian, they are all good.

The Bb.q in Cupertino is good too.

The ones I just had, golden crispy original tasted like sack paper. BB.Q, This is not how to run a franchise. Btw, the pickle radish and japchae taste like sheet too
