Upon entering you are greeted with a friendly welcome, the food is fresh and it tastes amazing. The price is very reasonable for the portion of food. I have been coming back due to the service and quality of food. The portions are big enough for one or two people depending on how hungry you are, some dishes could use a bit more meat but this is a personal preference I’m sure you could ask for double the meat for an additional cost.

Eastern China offered a solid meal with highlights and a few misses. The shrimp egg foo young and sesame chicken with rice were good, though lacking some seasoning and spice. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy, the lemonade refreshing, and we loved the charming carryout keepsake bag. Would try again!

Good authentic chinese. Best I’ve had in a while. Everything was so smooth from ordering at a kiosk which the full menu and pictures and you can do any modifications or you can order in person. Food was made fresh and very hot I’m glad we stopped by today. Stop in if you are looking for good Chinese. I live in Raleigh but it was definitely worth the drive. And the packaging was impeccable. 4.3 stars does not do this place justice. They need the 5 stars from my experience today. I had the king pow chicken

Not from the area, so totally jealous of you locals!! This place has some amazing food. Everything was made to order, FRESH!! Piping Hot…delicious!! Ive had really bad chinese food and really good chinese food, THIS IS TOWARD THE TOP FOR SURE. I think from when we ordered to when she handled me a reusable custom large order carrying bag…it was only like 15-20 mins.
They do have a small dining area thats super clean if u want to eat in or they package everything up really nice for take out.
Again, LOCALS…take advantage of this place….Its so good!

Eastern China, I’m extremely disappointed and upset at what have you have the courage to call “sesame beef”. Please look at the pictures to see we paid $15 for balls of dough. When we saw the picture for sesame beef we were led to believe they would be pieces of steak topped with sesame seeds. I don’t understand why you would use this misleading image to represent what you serve. When we opened the dish, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and figured this is like breaded sesame chicken but with beef instead just badly represented on your menu. But when we bit into them there was no beef. Trying to swallow these down was torture. We were already home and too annoyed we just threw it out because we didn’t want to drive all the way back. This is our 2nd and last time coming here

I absolutely recommend Eastern China Restaurant to everyone! ‍ ‍ ‍ The food was extremely delicious customer service was excellent! The chef ‍ named “Mike” was extremely , absolutely friendly with great customer service skills! The onion fried rice, peas ,carrots, onions with chicken wings was cooked just right! Chicken was nice and crunchy rice was extremely delicious I’ll definitely be returning here!
