They do not use gloves, the girl didn’t wash her hands she was rolling pastry then made someone a smoothie and came right to making my açaí bowl touching the fruits with her hands, that’s nasty. At least use clear gloves something, it turned me completely off. I still paid for my bowl and I threw it away cause I couldn’t eat it imagining her touching everything with her nasty hands.

We are truly happy we found this gem of a place ….. it was by chance. We were waiting for a friend to enjoy a quick lunch nearby and the name 3 Bites Factory appealed to my husband, so we visited.
This bakery is immaculately clean. We were greeted by two very kind and professional young men who were helpful and answered our questions. They even offered a positive share on the place we were going to lunch at.
We returned to 3 Bites Factory after lunch and we enjoyed a smoothie which was very refreshing and delightful!
We also enjoyed the most delicious fruit cups that were asvisually inviting as they were scrumptious.
The two young men who assisted us were Arturo and Santiago and they were so genuine! It was clear to us that serving their customers was a true pleasure for them.
This visit will prompt many more and we will definitely share our experience with others.
The service and food were absolutely wonderful!

the best pastries on EARTH. i visited the area about 2 months ago for vacation, discovered this place the first day and continued to go every morning. the açaí bowls were amazing, the pastries like i said were the best ones i’ve ever had in my life, nothing compares. and the homemade cream is not what you’re expecting at all, very light and fluffy 10/10. definitely try the pepperoni and cheese pastry
