This food was amazing. We had the collard green egg rolls. So delicious. I had meatloaf, Mac & cheese and candid yams. All was really good. My husband had oxtails with cabbage and Mac & cheese. He enjoyed his food as well. Selena was a great server. She was pleasant and friendly. We WILL be back!

It was my husband and first time eating there. When we walked we were greeted with the sweetest lil voice. The atmosphere was beautiful and easy,very well lighted dining area. My husband got porkchops smothered,Mac n cheese, cabbage. I ordered oxtails not knowing they would be spicy which I don’t do but they were nice enough to switch to chicken of my choice. I also got Mac n cheese , collard greens,they were lip smacking good The staff was very kind to us and we definitely will be going back. And yes the place is clean.

Whewwwww chile! From the KoolAid to the Bourbon sauce! Chef’s A meal could’ve been made of the Holiday Eggrolls (one day it will) but we also had the smothered porkchops on a bed of rice, collards and mac n cheese, grilled and seasoned to perfection salmon, candied yams, more mac n cheese and perfect potato salad. Nice vibe and even better people! Props to Dena for all of her wisdom and insight! You are definitely meant to work with people and we will definitely be back. Blessings and thankful for my husband’s wonderful birthday dinner♡

Today was the second time that I visited the Gibsonville location. Once again, I was extremely impressed! The food was consistently delicious. I did not care for the added sweetener to the pinto beans. The cabbage was a bit salty. But otherwise, the cabbage and pinto beans were cooked very well. I know that I was kind of needy today . But my waitress Selena provided exceptional customer service. She was consistently kind, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and extremely professional the entire time (even though I know that I was a little bit worrisome today). I look forward to coming again very soon.

We’ve wanted to go here ever since they had their food truck at the Christmas festival here in town, where the food was amazing, and we’re so excited to check out the restaurant. Ava’s is hands down the best food you can get in Gibsonville! I knew as soon as I took the first bite of our appetizer that we were gonna have a great meal. Every single bite had the perfect amount of seasoning. I can’t get the Mac n cheese out of my mind. The meatloaf was amazing. Oxtail was on point. And our daughter ate every scrap of her salmon. 100% recommend Ava’s!!

My husband and I just left there for lunch. I asked someone who had gone, and they said they didn’t enjoy the food. We’ll I DID!!! That fried chicken was seasoned so well, and it tasted like home fried chicken. It was very juicy and fried, perfect! The mac and cheese was a little dry for my liking, but it was still delicious. There were too many stems in the collards, but they were fresh and tender. I had 3 refills of the pineapple lemonade ! But the star of the show was the holiday rolls!!!! OMG THERE ARE SO GOOD!!!!! They don’t need the dipping sauce! I’ll definitely be going again! Thanks to Selina, our waitress for giving A+ customer service and offering suggestions

My very first time at Ava’s Cuisine & Catering II, and WOW — I am beyond impressed. We came in for a birthday reservation on Super Bowl Sunday, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND helping us with setup and making sure our celebration ran smoothly. We never felt rushed, ignored, or forgotten — they genuinely took care of us, and that alone deserves praise.
NOW… the food.
OH. MY. GOD.
Absolutely soul-filling, made-with-love, comfort food that hits you in the heart and the stomach at the same time. Every bite was packed with flavor — the kind of food you don’t forget and immediately start thinking about when you leave.
Huge, HUGE shoutout to our waitress Kai for her flawless 5-star hospitality and server skills. Attentive, warm, professional, and just an all-around amazing presence. She truly elevated the entire experience.

Absolutely loved my experience here and would definitely come back again. This is my second time coming. I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens and macaroni and cheese with corn bread. The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. 5 stars

This place is so darn pretty! Everything was so clean and polished. I also like that they stay open late. I ordered my food to go and everything was hot, fresh and full of flavor! The staff were so friendly and I have to come back and try their carrot cake! All the cakes looked so good in the cake case!
