Love their food. I order salads quite a bit and have issues with the lettuce. Yes, I’m picky but was surprised to find this giant core -about 3 inches – in my salad. I’ve also found browning pieces of lettuce too. Have pic but wouldn’t let me post.

Although the order taker took my order wrong, the worker at the window corrected it and gave me money back for the difference. And I got the correct food. Everything was delicious per usual.

It was just fine nothing to complain about. I like what I believe to be a healthy option,I had the chicken wrap and the Kale sidr salad. My husband has a chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The restaurant was clean and people were friendly. I figure they are trained to say “my pleasure” whenever someone says thank you however I have never really felt that reply was genuine, and I feel like it’s awkward for the employees why not just say you’re welcome?

Employees were polite, however our drinks were nearly filled to the top with ice. We had to stop at another place to buy some more.

I like the layout of the restaurant, and the tables and the lighting all look really interesting, the service was fast, which is good, I think the portion size of the meal I had which was basically chicken strips, could have been a little bit better for the price of $11 also not a fan of the waffle fries, I think Chick-fil-A could offer better sides, however that is nothing personal against this location that is just my honest opinion, the parking lot is huge and the drive-thru is really long, which I think is beneficial considering the sister location is always jam-packed and you can’t get into the parking lot to dine in some days because of the drive-thru been so long, plus this location doesn’t have all the barricades like the sister location has, I think the robotic trash can is a little bit extreme, but interesting overall not a bad experience for my first time at this location

My husband and I ordered an 8 grilled nugget meal. Apparently chopped up nuggets (3-4 max) is considered 8 nuggets in their mind. This was my first time coming to this location, since it’s closer and would be a place that I would frequent often, but if this is the type of meals I get here then I might as well keep going to my usual location near Lowe’s. I’m extremely disappointed and now I have to go buy something else to eat to make up for the lack of food.
