This was truly the best shrimp and sweet potato mash I ever had!! The fish and Mac & cheese was top tier too. I first met the owners at an event but didn’t get to try their food so I’m definitely happy I made time to stop by. This is my new favorite spot.

KC Cuisine catered my husband’s 40th birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing! Our guests are still talking about the food—especially the butter garlic mashed potatoes, which were a huge hit. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
KC truly blessed us with an elevated look and experience that fit the celebration perfectly. His staff was prompt, professional, and incredibly polite, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night.
We are so grateful for the service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for catering that delivers both great food and great service, KC Cuisine is the way to go.

By far the best experience I’ve had at a food truck. From the customer service once I arrived I felt like I was at at a star restaurant. Now let’s get to what we are really here for. The food The food The food. When I say the best food I’ve ever had. I didn’t even care that people saw me me picking my bowl. I ordered from this place on DoorDash while in Orlando for work and I just HAD to review this because omg… This food is FANTASTIC! Some of the best southern comfort food I’ve ever had (granted I’ve never lived in the south but I’ve traveled quite a bit and this food is the real deal!) I got a quarter chicken with Mac n cheese, greens, mashed sweet potato and cornbread. It was all just… WOW. So dang good. The chicken was juicy, skin crispy and perfectly seasoned. The greens were just right, the mac n cheese was creamy and amazing, sweet potato the perfect sweetness to go with the savory. And the cornbread… dear God. I think the best I’ve ever had (and I’m a cornbread fan, lemme tell you.) Anyway, I’m not sure about the physical location, but the DD delivery was excellent. Fast too, for such good food! It seemed a little pricey at first on DD but the portions were big so it was MORE than worth it. Highly recommend! I wanna take this place home with me

This was like a co-work spot but for food. My first time experiencing something like this. I had no idea how to get my food when I walked in but luckily figured it out. The food was pretty much ready right at the time quoted. I ordered the fish. The price to upgrade to catfish was a lot in my opinion but I paid it. My wife and daughter ordered the salmon. My aunt also ordered the fish. All of our fish was delicious! The fries were seasoned well. The Mac and cheese was cooked well and well put together but just needed salt and pepper. The yellow rice could use some chicken bouillon in the water when it’s made to give it some flavor. I also added the fried shrimp. It was a bit too salty. Overall the food was enjoyable and the people who served it were so nice that the short interaction left an impression. I would recommend them to others. I hope they see this and it helps the to be even better!

Chef Kc is truly an excellent cook. The food is not only beautifully presented, the flavor of a on point!! Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and made with real care from the chicken wings to Alfredo you can tell KC is a chef who takes pride in his work; the quality, freshness, and balance of flavors were next-level. I loved how personable he was. He even helped film a video since we were celebrating a birthday. 10/10 Highly recommend and definitely will be using him again. Side note I might need your services in Broward.

I’m going to start out by saying the food is cooked very well and you get a ton of food but it’s just overly salty especially the fried shrimp and fish don’t get me wrong I support small businesses but both times I went I spent $55-$70 and the food end up in the trash hope you can correct that and continue thriving.
