Horrible experience. These kids do not want to work. I came to order pizza and bread sticks and this boy had an attitude. This kid with curly red hair, and NO name tag he couldn’t even come to work prepared or professional. I had came back to get my pizza and I asked if I can add an additional of crazy puffs and he said “we don’t have them”. He had horrible attitude, and no respect. Most of all I don’t understand if they didn’t have any crazy puffs why they couldn’t just had make them. Horrible experience and very unprofessional.

Waited 30 minutes for a pizza, says enough… Service is awful and they complain sometimes when you make an order. Literally just stopped by and got there first, placed my other and five people got there after me, guess who got there pizza first… Not me of course, everyone else but me and literally had to complain to the cashier. Hot and Ready more like hot and uhhhhhhhh…. Go elsewhere or order it so you can avoid a migraine

The crew tonight absolutely slaughtered our order. Due to my son’s disability, his sensory has issues with overcooked food. So I order everything specially. I don’t even know how to describe this… This is just 1 of the disasters I got. No apology, no offer from them to remake.

I had to wait a while before anyone would come to the front to help me. I ordered the Extramostbestest and it came with less cheese than a normal pizza. The guy barely spoke English so we had a hard time communicating but I know I paid for the more expensive kind of pizza.

Alan, please read: The Manager Vivian S. charged me three times for ONE pizza. I had to drive back to tell her it was showing multiple purchases on my account and she said that on her system it was voided. I had to call my bank and fill out forms to dispute the charges. Extremely inconvenient to have to drive back twice and still have to call my bank over ONE pizza. I hope the general manager Alan sees this review and gives Vivian some training on how to read and understand their purchasing system cause Vivian is clearly incompetent. She also never once apologized or offered anything for the inconveniences. As of this moment I’m still trying to get my money back because no one should be pay $20 plus for ONE little Caesars pizza. The management staff at the 965 Resler Dr, El Paso, TX 79912 location, couldn’t be better! I had placed an order through UberEats, but for some reason my online order didn’t add my free item to it. The General Manager “Alan” took the time to ensure I received the promotional item exactly as I’d ordered. 10/10 for dedication, and commitment. I look forward to using this location for years to come!

This the worst little Ceasar in El Paso Redd and Resler. Rude employees with no common sense this is a photo of my well done crazy bread as you can see it’s flat with no cheese awful just bad service.I called back and the manager told me I can come pick up a fresh batch when I had it delivered when I showed up she said I would have to wait for it to bake. Wow !!!!

Very rude staff, which is whatever, wasn’t trying to let it mess up our day, but we got home and the whole center crust of the stuffed crust pizza was raw… Again, we were like whatever, no big deal, we’ll just let them know and I’m sure they’ll fix it right? Nope, the manager was so mean to my elderly mother over a ten dollar pizza that they messed up. He wants the receipt, and the woman earlier hadn’t given us one.
