I keep getting on mobile app and ordering my food get to store and I have no order I have to get on the kiosk and order it again and sometimes I send my son or my husband there to get it and they have to stand in the store while I order the stuff I mean that’s crazy. It shouldn’t be like that and also when I try to use my rewards on the mobile app, it says that it’s free when I put my rewards in but then when I get to the store, they charge me for and they said it never worked. My rewards didn’t get taken off then I have to redo everything again to get my rewards taken off so I can do get it for free. I mean it’s crazy something wrong with that app and they need to fix it

It’s a Wawa. Convenience store like 711, or Sheets. Mostly food and snacks. Have touch screen ordering for meals and deli and whatnot for B/L/D and is 24 hours. However, the deli is limited in the wee hours.
My only complaint about Wawa is that they do not offer heavy cream for their coffee, which is a shame for all the people who have restrictions or are following a keto diet. But that seems to be the case with other coffee shops as well. During the day, they have a large selection of coffee and sometimes throw in a type not standard. Think pumpkin spice, blueberry cobbler…
They have recently added 2 self-serve registers.
There is a rewards card that offers coffee and food, but I prefer to save to get the discount on gas. There is also an app. You can use it just like the plastic card but it is more convenient. You can order ahead and have curbside delivery, or run in and get it. You can also choose to pay at the register if you don’t want to put your payment info into the app.
They have a large selection of bays for fuel. They also offer free air.

I picked up a pizza and I was not happy with it at all. It was way overcooked, we ate a couple pieces and threw the rest away. I complained to the store and they said they would make me a new one. I said no thank you. I love your coffee but I don’t think you’re going to make it surrounded by great pizza parlors. The man behind the food counter wasn’t very nice, but I did appreciate the kindness of the cashier.
