I went to McDonald’s and the experience was very disappointing from the start. I ordered three medium coffees with extra caramel, but instead I was given two large coffees, which was not what I asked for. Not only did they get the order wrong, but they also didn’t seem very interested in fixing the mistake quickly or politely. The staff were not paying proper attention to customers and were talking to each other the entire time instead of focusing on taking orders and providing good service. On top of that, the frappe machine was not working, and although they said they would fix it, it took them about 15 minutes to do so. During that time, they continued chatting while customers were waiting, without giving any clear updates. The service felt slow, disorganized, and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. They really need to improve their customer service and overall organization, as experiences like this definitely make customers think twice about coming back.

This is Long Island’s last McDonald’s located inside a Walmart and it brings me a sense of nostalgia ordering from this McDonald’s. I hope this McDonald’s franchise will continue the journey inside Walmart for future generations to enjoy.

Service at the counter was great. However, I stood there watching some lady handle a ton of food without gloves on. I mean putting fries in their containers & putting them in the bags… & just thought.. wow.. cause each time she wipes her nose then touches everyone’s food isn’t gross or anything…

Every time my husband and I order breakfast from McDonalds, we always get the same thing. I get a SEC bagel and he gets a BEC McGriddle. Every McDonalds that we have went to around this area has screwed up our order. They give me a BEC bagel and give my husband a SEC MCMUFFIN!!! Fast food is one of the easiest jobs to work…I’ve worked it, so why can’t these people get orders right? We travel for work and work overnight and just wanna quickly get our breakfast and head back to the hotel room and get some sleep.

Got there at 9:20 pm and there were 3 females in the back, who looked annoyed that I came to get food. As I started to order one of the females started to close the dinning area. I asked if it was closed and she said yes. I replayed with it’s only 9:30, you guys usually close later. She continued to close it and rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional, morning and lunch staff are much better…
