The employees were nice at first, however, I noticed black stuff in my drink cup and I used a napkin and wiped the soda spouts on their machine and black mold is all over it. I did speak to the employees and was told that yes they know about it. He said “Oh yeah we have been getting that for awhile” and that’s it. I did inform him that I am allergic to mold, especially black mold and that it was dangerous to leave it like that without cleaning it! He did not seem to care.

The employee working close on Sat. Jan. 17th started throwing and slamming stuff around as soon as my friends and I walked in. We came in 15 minutes to close and she gave us all sorts of attitude. We only got one sandwich and feel there was absolutely NO need for her attitude, when all we did was come in for food.

It was kind of lack luster. The woman handling the bread and protein did not change her gloves after touching bread trays protein containers or after each sandwich. So that was fairly off putting and was very slow. The gentleman doing the vegetables and checkout was fast changing his gloves after each interaction. Food safety matters. If you wear gloves you NEED TO CHANGE THEM AFTER EACH SANDWICH OR YOU TOUCH NON FOOD PRODUCTS.
This is also the saddest looking subway I’ve ever been to, it’s got almost no color in the building, and honestly was hard to tell I was even at it from the outside.

Went in today to go get something to eat after a long day @ around 8:40 only for it to be locked with people inside.. they turned off the sign infront of us 20 minutes EARLY mind you. Terrible customer service on there part…

The sandwiches were good. However, at the register; the “new” manager told us she was informed just yesterday, this location does not accept coupons. This is an important detail which should be conveyed before the food is prepared. Our food ended up costing twice as much as we had planned. Our coupon states valid at any subway location.

One of the worst subways outside of a travel stop. They are 0/8 on making sandwich correctly on mobile order. Takes an hour plus to get a mobile order made. If you eat there I recommend supervising your sandwich because they can’t read an order. Won’t be back
