I come here all the time, today there are new people in here that are rude and as you can see don’t care about how they serve the food. The young man who made my gelati wrong kept wiping it with a napkin, he put a dollop of custard on my gelati and when i asked for more i waited an extra 10mins for the woman manager to be rude and then aggressively hand me over a sloppy mess. Mind you, there are no refund so you just have to take their disrespect. I’ll never come here again and it’s sad because i really liked the owner.

This is my favorite location. The staff is always welcoming and patient. Ms Ivy and Ms Z took care of us very well today. Hope to make it back before the end of the season.

After today’s visit I will never support this establishment The two Owners are very rude And very combative. After waiting a hour in line to be served And another 20 minutes for my Italian ice.
I was told I had to wait for green apple. After I watch the lady make one of my orders and proceeds to Make two other orders In front of me.
When I asked for a Refund I was told they do not do refunds. After saying multiple times, I do not want it. I was told that a refund was going to take longer. After Getting the refund one of the owners aggressively put it in my hand. After saying to her that that wasn’t necessary She proceeded to walk up on me as the other owner held her back and when asked for both they names they ignored me. Once I yelled for their names they told me that they were both the owners.
This is why it’s so hard to support other black Establishments.

I came to this location 8/5/25 the young girls are rude and dismissive. They made a mistake on my purchase and told me I still had to take it. When fixing the order, attitude was had and when I said thank you they had more attitude.

Great customer service!!! I was truly impressed with the service I received. It’s so nice to know that people can still give great customer service and it’s still alive!!! There used to be a time where it was a standard of good/great customer service, and today, you see less of it! So when someone gives me outstanding customer service, I want to shout it out to everyone!!!

It’s crazy how often I still patronize this black business, even though I continue to get horrible customer service. The children are always great to talk with, but the lady manager/owner just has such bad energy and customer service. The kids always look like they’re furious of her. The lady never smiles, never greets, gives one word responses, and she always has this energy like we are bothering her. I took my kids twice in the past month. The first time I originally ordered the smallest cup for my toddler. That cup comes with only 2 flavor choices, but I asked if I could split a flavor in half so that my toddler can try 3 colors he wanted. I also offered to pay $1+ as an additional fee. The lady said no. Straight like that! Check this out though, the next size up was a dollar more and came with 3 flavors!!! She didn’t even offer it to me. What are you doing woman?! However, the young lady (minor) who served us was pleasant so I left a tip, hoping it went to her. The second time I went was this past week. Same energy from the lady manager/owner and she didn’t greet us just like any other time. Upon getting my change I asked her if she could break one of the bills down for me. Her response was that she didn’t have that many ones left, but she never said yes or no. I was laughing so hard inside because I was telling myself she just threw their tip out the window. Luckily she handed me that bill broken down because otherwise a tip wouldn’t have been left. I guess she figures black folks will continue coming no matter what, because that’s exaclty what is happening. Us black folks are the ones keeping those lights on. You have to do better!! Again, thanks to the children that continue to greet us, are courteous and give us a reason to come back. However, if it happens again, where I’m at in my life today, the kids could scream RITAS all day, but I will find somewhere else until the other locations open again. Please improve the service or hire someone else to interact with the customers.

It was an absolute PLEASURE to patronize this location! The staff was amenable, the gentleman serving was very patient with all eight of us (which included several children), and the product hit the spot. Well done, Forestville; keep up the excellent service. We will definitely be back.
