Not only is this the best Mexican restaurant in Enid, but after living in 6 states and traveling a good deal across the country I can confidently say it is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the USA. Chicago, widely regarded as having the best food scene in the country, does not have anything that remotely compares to Sandy’s tacos. Even Albuquerque did not have a restaurant that was as good (although I did have a meal in someone’s home that was close). In addition to the absolutely incredible food served at this restaurant, the owners are some of the very best people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My mother, also a Mexican chef, loved the food here. We got to know the owners a bit from visiting frequently for their food, and when she became ill they visited her in the hospital and even met with her dietitian to ensure they could make some adjustments so that she could continue eating at their restaurant. There is no restaurant, Mexican or otherwise, that I would rather eat at than Sandy’s tacos.

I had the opportunity to be in Enid Oklahoma and at random I thought I’d check this place out. I seen that they had an almost 5 star rating and now I know why.
The service is wonderful. The staff there is totally amazing. The place was quite busy when I was there and yet the place was very clean and well kept. I had steak tacos and barbacoa tacos. Now, for one mans opinion, the steak tacos was delicious however, the barbacoa tacos was completely amazing. The salsa was obviously home made and I tried both the red and green with the red being my favorite, just a nice kick.
If you haven’t had a chance to to go there, by all means it’s well worth the time.

I ordered 5 steak Street tacos and 5 Barbacoa Street tacos. The price was fair and the staff was friendly. I was only able to eat 6 of them. Delicious!

I’ve eaten here several times and enjoy the delicious food. I just love it! I would recommend it to everyone. They treat you right and if you don’t like it you can always hold me responsible. I’m not being paid to say this or nothing like that. They are friendly people regardless of race or religion or color. They treat you the same. I enjoy eating and will eat there everyday if my wife would let me.

We had to come try the new location out. And as always the food was delicious and the employees are also so friendly. They have a good size menu and also a cabinet full of sweets. We didn’t get a desert but it sure looks yummy.

This is one of the first restaurants I’ve been to since being diagnosed with celiac disease. They were very kind about accommodating that to make sure that there was no cross contact from gluten on my food. They cleaned the grill and used all new utensils as well as scooping from a new container to ensure no cross contact
