Manager was very rude to my friend. Very unprofessional. The burger my friend was served looked like absolute grease garbage and smelled like it too. He asked for no salt on his fries, and the manager practically threw the basket of fries back down saying they weren’t. I rubbed my finger on the fries, and there was a clear line of salt on them. The manager was horribly belligerent and had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in someone that is in management. I will give props to the 2 ladies working behind the counter. They were very polite to customers. Maybe their manager could get a lesson in professionalism from them.

Food took 25 minutes to get out for 2 cheese burgers and fries
we ordered shakes and got the wrong ones. We requested the correct ones get made and the women be hind the counter gave my old lady attitude about it

We decided we deserved ice cream cones on a hot day. This place is BUSY. People driving their golf carts from the golf course (guess they don’t have ice cream at the golf course ) Despite being busy, the staff bussed tables and filled the ice machine to accomodate/anticipate needs. They were timely with our order (2 cones is simple!), but others waited for their order (one person said she waited 20 minutes for her Blizzard).

Waited 20 minutes for a small blizzard Never got acknowledged until I asked the cashier for a refund because I had been waiting so long. They went ahead and made the melted blizzard that I no longer wanted Tables were dirty, another customer walked up to their cleaning bucket and grabbed a wet towel to clean it herself.

The absolute worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Pop completely flat! Blizzard was a shake with no chunks at all. Food was cold. Service very rude! They don’t even deserve a 1 rating . It’s also Veterans Day and thought I would treat my veteran and there was no discounts.

We run through the drive-thru once or twice a month on an evening to get blizzards. Always multiple cars in line, but they get them through quickly. The orders are always correct and good. There is one gentleman that works the drive-thru who provides excellent customers service every time.

One of their seven dollar meal deal original cheeseburger when I got it the burger wasn’t even cooked. It was cold. Wasn’t even worth going back the employees there don’t even wear work appropriate apparel boys wearing holy jeans instead of proper work pants. Do not recommend this restaurant.

“I came in just to order an Oreo item, and the cashier straight-up refused to take my order. Her attitude was disgusting and RACIST, plain and simple. I’ve never been treated with such blatant disrespect for absolutely no reason. If this is how you allow your staff to behave, you should be ashamed. This place clearly doesn’t care about basic human decency. DO BETTER or lose customers.”
