The customer service left something to be desired. I was given a hot cup of coffee without a sleeve , had to go back and request one because the cup was so hot. These kids need to be better trained.

Not my favorite caribou.
While the service is great, I always seem to have issues with my beverages. Usually ordering a chia tea, I have noticed that this drink does not taste the same as any other caribou I’ve gone to. The ratio of milk is too high, and the chia not strong enough. This has happened a couple of times now. The recent trip I had, the chia tea tasted the same way and my cup was not completely filled. To say the least, I probably won’t be back to this specific establishment, even though caribou is one of my favorite stops. The price of these drinks are too high for the hassle.

We ordered two different drinks a raspberry green tea with bubbles and an extra full shot of raspberry, and the second drink was a tropical green tea with a full shot of raspberry. They missed both extra shots of raspberry syrup. The total came to over $12.00, if it had cost half that I wouldn’t be complaining, but over $12.00, I’m going to say something. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at a Caribou Coffee.
