Subway should really fix this store and do some major training. I asked for a wrap. She says we don’t have wraps. Only bread or flat bread. I’ve never encountered such rudeness , extremely bad service, won’t be coming back here again Very bad don’t waste your time here for subway

Zella was our person. Rude. No saying hello how are you. We stood there for a good minute until she said you want something. I asked for a wrap. She says we don’t have wraps. Only bread or flat bread. No apology or anything. Shook her head like irritated when my husband forgot salt and pepper on his. Just very rude. I will say when we walked in a very nice young lady looked at me and very nicely told me where the restrooms were. I told my husband i wish she was at the subway. I hope this gets back to her. Just seems like everyone at this stop doesn’t pay attention to customers.

I travel around the country and one thing I hate is after driving 11 hr I have to get an order how the preparer feels like making! ,which rude and hating her job, rather than getting what I paid for and ordered i get what she feels like without listening to a word I said without remorse knowing she was wrong. Do not order online at this location. Order in person and watch them make your sandwich! They will skimp on meat and not honor your request for double cheese – twice in a row I’ve caught them. If you order online, it’s at your own risk at this location. Go to the other Subway in town because they’re more trustworthy and the staff is more friendly.

15 minutes waiting there, no customer. Big girl with glasses ignored and went inside the kitchen. I asked another employee to make a sub. She said she don’t work at sub. Finally got 2 tacos. Worst food ever. Worst service ever. Super lazy employees.

First the subway employee had no idea what an Italian BMT was. She told me they don’t have that. So I asked for a cold cut combo as a protein bowl. Once again no clue how to make it. She put all meat whole in the bottom, sprinkled just a little lettuce on top and asked what else I wanted. I had to inform her how to make a protein bowl. Subway should really fix this store and do some major training.
