I loved this place! From the moment I arrived, they treated me super well. The atmosphere is calm, and the food is incredibly good. I ordered the pineapple fried rice with a mix of meats (chicken, beef, and pork), and was delicious.

This was my first time here and it was amazing!! I asked one of the lovely ladies which soup she suggested. She told me the tom kha soup and I am so thankful and happy with that soup. It was rainy and the first cold day this fall and this hit the spot perfectly! I am excited to come back here and try more new things and get this yummy soup again. The people working here were so friendly and nice too. Price was good. Atmosphere was comfy. Food came out quickly and nice And hot. Just perfect place!

This is my daughter and I second time having dinner here and though we enjoyed the food immensely, the service was not great by either waitress, however In particularly the service from the young Asia girl. It was upsetting and we couldn’t think her attitude and disposition towards us was nothing but racism or stereotypical biases because we were two ladies very presentable, respectful, warm and big tippers. However my daughter and I had the same sentiments the very first time we had dinner here however we brushed it off and thought nothing more of it. However the same treatment followed our most current visit. The same young waitress treated us totally different than she treated the European customers in the restaurant. In fact she didn’t even come to our table or greet us unless we waived her down or she had to bring us our food and her facial expressions was clear she had no genuine interest assist us.
However she had visited the two European tables beside us multiple times with smiles to refill their glasses or find out if they needed anything. We also noticed she would put her face mask on before approaching us.
We were extremely insulted and by now extremely disappointed. It was obvious she did not like our presence here and though she was trying hard to conceal her discomfort or dislike for us it was very visible.
Reading through the review it’s clear that other melanated people have been here and I don’t know if they have had the same experience and chose not to speak on it or if they just didn’t pick it up, or like us the first visit just brushed it off. However it is not ok and I will speak on it!

The staff were very nice and polite! The restaurant itself was rundown so if you are looking for a fancy place this isn’t the place for you. The food and service is why it’s a 5 star place! My son got the spicy noodles and barely broke a sweat. He loves spicy food so I couldn’t tell the spicy food enthusiasts if it was spicy or not. My fried ginger rice was great! I enjoyed it and even had enough to bring home for leftovers. I would visit them again.

Uniqueness types of food. Thing you don’t usually see at thai restaurants. They also serve Chinese food. Very unusual. They make their sticky rice green in Sticky Rice with mango.

Place was really cozy and staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. The food was spectacular!!! Thai coffee was really tasty and sweet. But the Pad see eww and Tiger steak was cooked with authentic seasoning and presented with love. You can taste it in every bite! Don’t hesitate to try this place or you will end up regretting it!

Over priced, salty, soggy food.
A cup of Tom yum soup with 2 pcs of jumbo prawns was salty and $10!!!
Singapore noodles with jumbo prawns was wet and soggy. Had flavors but not enough to save it from a 2 star rating.
Satay was so so.
Basil fried rice with beef was good but not $18 worth!
The only good thing about this place was the $1 public parking for 12 hrs!

My food was incredible! I can’t believe there’s not more hype around this place. I got one of their specials which was crab fried rice, and it was spectacular. Amazing flavor, fresh crab and fresh shrimp, and it was piping hot even though I ordered it for pickup. I also got the fried tofu appetizer which was also great, crispy tofu and the peanut dipping sauce was delicious. I hope more people start coming to this place, they deserve it!

I just love this place. It’s very quaint and not so large. They do not have a bar but they do serve ‘some’ beer and ‘some’ wine….I’ve never bother with that so can’t comment. I will say the food is well worth the trip. You get plenty and it’s PLENTY FLAVORFUL. It’s a serene atmosphere…I started going here after my daughter was murdered…I felt peace here for some odd reason. I go every chance I get! I missed my favorite waitress..the only waitress…this last time. I did discover that they have changed hours…I haven’t figured out the other ‘changes’ yet – but it wasn’t in taste! Yeah!!!

Cute, cozy and accommodating spot. Located on an end street so easy access if you need to run in and out. Best authentic Thai cuisine I’ve had in RVA. Flavor was memorable! I’ve tried two other places since my visit and their taste is unmatched! Nice sized portions. I was able to eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Waitress was on the ball…refilling drinks without asking and checked on us periodically. Would definitely recommend and visit again and again!
Btw: Thai hot carried some heat but it wasn’t inedible as some restaurants I’ve visited.
