Jimmy John’s has the best sandwiches.. the bread is absolutely the best of all sandwich shops. the new toasted sandwiches are excellent also.. i love the potato salad.. today i got the toasted hot combo that’s a complete meal. throw a pickle or jimmy chips on for more flavor. always use the app to get rewards and deals!

Price vs serving size wasn’t the best for the picklewich sandwich, basically a large pickle with meat and cheese but its exactly what you would expect. The employees were very helpful, friendly and professional. Table could use a cleaning more often, not to big of a deal since its a sandwich in a wrapper! Overall satisfied. Oh and the pickle chips are awesome!!!

Update: submitted a complaint to the link provided on 12/19/24…still no update or response from Jimmy Johns….HIGHLY recommend any other fast food restaurant.
I have had issues with this specific location delivery food to the correct address – quite a few times.
I have called about it – SPECIFICALLY STATING MY SUITE NUMBER and to please deliver to the correct office.
And yet, they deliver to whatever address suite they want to. My receipt has my name, contact information, the correct suite number, and a NOTE where my office is located.
Definitely would not recommend ordering from this specific location.

I only ever use delivery when I’m in a pinch. When I need something quick, my usual go-to is Jimmy John’s (this specific location). My last order took 40ish minutes to be delivered. When the driver pulled up to my location, she continued to sit in her vehicle on a person phone call for another few minutes instead of bringing my food in. When I gave feedback through the link that is being given out, I was told by corporate that my feedback was escalated directly to the franchise owner of this store. I never did hear back. It’s honestly unfortunate because I frequented this location. I hardly ever give out negative reviews because I personally understand the staffing issues happening right now. The deliveries have been significantly slower lately (understandably). However, the way the situation was handled after bringing it to their attention is what officially lost my business and prompted a review.

I gave them a 3 for atmosphere because they had the music on so loud and it was hard rock type. I love all music, but I have a hard time trying to focus on ordering correctly when the music is so loud.

Attention to those with Celiac or gluten intolerance: DO NOT come to this location. I’ve given them 3 chances to put mayo on the side and use clean utensils for my unwich and I have been sick each time. There has been mayo on my sub 2/3 times, even after asking them to take precaution.
We went today before watching fireworks and tipped the employees $5 when we paid because they were polite when we asked for mayo on the side etc. Then we got our food and there was still mayo on the sub, and no mayo packets, no mustard packet (which we asked for) and no napkins. Just a terrible experience overall at this location.
Most Jimmy John’s are great but this one is the worst I’ve ever been to by far.
