It’s Subway! 3 stars because of the SLOW CRAWL preperation. I started to order our sandwiches and my husband took the kids to the bathroom. They came back and I had just gotten my 2nd bread selection! People watch them make your sandwich! If you don’t like how they didn’t bring the meat all the way to the end, tell them! I am so specific that they can’t mess my order up. When they start, I let them know exactly the way I want it. I have never gotten a bad sandwich that I ordered! The employees are definitely on Island time!

Always a friendly smile when I walk in and see the staff. Usually fast and friendly! Service is really good. Sometimes ordering online agead of arrival helps. They manage busy crowds and still serve in a timely fashion.

I like to go to Subway for breakfast sometimes, but this one doesn’t open until 9, which is ridiculous because most people here have to be to work by 8. This is the only “restaurant” here, so it’s really inconvenient. Working gate security is rough because they normally get one break, and it’s by 8am at the latest, so no food for them either. The manager, I’m assuming, was very rude. I asked if they were open and, without responding, the server started making my order. A few minutes later, the manager, with attitude, says, “We don’t open until 9”. It was 8:53. I would’ve waited, but they took my order. Not my favorite subway by far.

I can feel the hair on top of my head grow they make sandwiches so SLOW here. (I’m bald btw). Is it everyone’s first day, everyday? I think we’ll make it to mars before these guys can make a sandwich in a timely manner.

This is a decent Subway. The service is a bit slow, but the pricing is way better than what you find elsewhere on the island. I recommend it if you have time between visits to the Museums and Tours on the island.

The food preparation is inconsistent and they seem to have high turnover in personnel. I have on a few occasions found a scribbled paper taped to the counter that says be back soon, today’s note says “back in 5 minutes” since they don’t write a time I don’t know if the 5 minutes are almost over or if it’s already been 30 minutes!

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is a joke! Very slow, and when I ask for a lot of veggies on my salad they fuss back at me saying not allowed, when I’m spending $7 for a salad. Very rude to customers and the manager is very rude as well. Do not waste your time going there. Go to a different subway!

Went there at 1430 on a Saturday and some young kid said oh sorry we are already closed. I told him you don’t close until 1500 on the weekends and he just looked at me like oh well I don’t know! Don’t waste your time!
