We used to love ordering from Papa John’s, but they SERIOUSLY need to higher their standards and hire their own delivery drivers, instead of using Door Dash. The last few times we’ve ordered from there, the pizza was COLD , when it arrived. NOT enjoyable. Having to microwave freshly delivered pizza is annoying and completely ridiculous. And tonight, the pizza was not only cold, but both pizzas were totally messed-up, the delivery guy smelled like pot, and he couldn’t find our place, even though it was clearly stated on the order. So, I STRONGLY suggest, if you want better ratings and to stay in business, that you DO BETTER. We might give you one more chance, but more likely than not, we’ll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Ordered delivery from store. They used door dash. Door dash mixed the orders up and only had a Little Cesars order left when he arrived. Driver suggested I go in the door dash app to report but I don’t have the app or an order number from them. Call Papa John’s customer service and they offer to have the store’s manager call me in 48 hours, so…. maybe in a couple days I’ll get an inconvenient mid day call at work, and if I’m able to answer, I might be able to finally get my pizza or money back.

Ordered a pizza and it came completely not cut! It tasted off like old soggy ingredients. Then next day I went to cut a piece to warm up and found this THING! To this day I still don’t know what it was, it was baked into the pizza as it was under the cheese. The most they could do for me was offer me a free pizza or refund me. I chose the refund and vowed to never return to that store ever again. TRUES Pizza in St Cloud is amazing and cheap, just saying!!

I ordered pickup, got back to the house and think they used water and olive oil instead of pizza sauce! The inner part of the pizza is as thin as the cardboard in came in and doesn’t hold anything when you grab a slice! I should drive it back but what’s the point!

Pizza was bland and cold. Gone are the days when Papa John’s made really good pizzas . I ordered the spinach Alfredo thinking about the old days . Pizza was cold like a cardboard . Only good thing I remember — the Garlic sauce . The guys here just tossed in some toppings and put it in the oven . Not uniform spread and cold pizza . 1 star – not worth the $20+ I paid . Dominos at less than half the price is worth more .This place didn’t even have a menu – guy there nonchalantly said you can check it online . Should have walked out then or read reviews here before going.

Ordered a pizza to the country inn since can’t make much for dinner at a hotel. Pizza was not cut once. What really irritates me besides the QC of the person who prepared it and the driver checking that what’s on the tag of the box is what’s in the box before he grabs it to head out like requested sauces or what ever is that I ordered online and It wouldn’t allow me to pay with cash so I had to use my card. Which it then asked how much I’d like to tip! I mean, a tip is EARNED based on service. If they haven’t even THOUGHT about STARTING to make my food how can I possibly know what to tip if anything at all?! I did tip them pretty decent too so this is B.S. very dissapointed

I have always been a fan of Papa John’s but don’t have one nearby. So I decided to make a road trip to try out the new Papadias, A flat bread style sandwich that comes in four varieties. I opted for the Philly cheesesteak and was very happy with the flavor able ingredients, crusty folded flat bread and the always enjoyable garlic side sauce. The flat bread comes in a very sizable portion and if you have a side item, like I did, a half of a sandwich is more than enough. For my side I chose the new garlic cheddar knots. Very good with a side of their mozzarella pizza dipping sauce. Both new items were a hit.

I keep having issues with this location. The last few times my pizza didnt get cut how I requested. they did fix it by giving me a new one but the lady was super rude, almost seemed to be yelling at me.
My order was also not done at the time I set to pick it up even though I ordered ahead of time. The pizza wasn’t even made well; had barely ANY sauce and it was soggy?!?!?!
I only keep coming here because its one of few places that have gluten free pizza
